Very close to everything

I didn’t like that we have to check in at 4 pm and check out at 11 I don’t like this rules

The apartment was spacious and stylish, and had everything we needed. The location was excellent – right next to Plaza de la Reina – yet thanks to the good soundproofing, it was very quiet inside with no noise at all. There was a Carrefour Express nearby, along with plenty of bakeries and restaurants. We also appreciated that after completing the online check-in, we could access the apartment with a code as soon as it was ready.

Everything was really great, but one small thing: check-in was only available from 4 PM and check-out was already at 11 AM. It would have been nice to be able to enter the apartment a bit earlier.

Wonderful apartment in the very center of Valencia, literally around the corner from the main square. You have the view to the square from the living room balcony. Everything was very clean, beds were comfy. Elevator was a great feature, and the building felt very safe. Also, the option of online check-in was comfortable as we arrived late. In addition, we loved that the host was able to add our car plate number to the ZTL, so we're able to park under the main square, 1 min walk from the apartment. One thing worth mentioning - the apartment is way lighter than it is on the pictures. Would definitely stay there again

I don't think it's mentioned the apartment is on two levels, with one bedroom downstairs, and the other two upstairs. It was ok for us, but might be an issue for others. Also, the upper attic bedroom felt quite empty (being a huge room with only a bed in it). But these are really minor things

Great location, walking distance to museums, parks, many restaurants nearby. The apartment itself was very well insulated, as it was rather close to the street, but very quiet inside, which I appreciated!

Although the apartment was well insulated from outside noise, we happened to have a neighbor upstairs who was rather loud and perhaps did not realize that they were making too much noise for people nearby. I have since learned that we could have called the staff to address this problem, but because our stay was of such a short duration, I did not want to complain.

I know Valencia and chose this location to be in the center of all the activities planned for a wedding I was attending. I was surprised at the flat and its size. Very nice facilities and a viewing balcony to see Plaza de Reina. The restaurants and tapas bar were just down stairs as well as the main shops. The sites like the Ceramic museum is also round the corner, the Cathedral was 5 minutes away.

I had a difficult time to locate the entrance of the Mon Suites flat. The reception lady said that the booking.com always send information that the reception is located in another building. I thought this flat had a reception in the building. Another issue is that the reception started at 10:30 only with check out at 11:00 am. This was an issue for us during the last day as the mass offered started at 10 and I had to beg if we could move the bags out of the flat at 11:30 am. It would have been so better if the owners allowed us to check out or take the bags out at 12:00.

Check in is in a different location but only short walk away so not an issue. We arrived early and used their space and change and store our bags. The staff were really friendly and gave us some recommendations including little street bar next to the apartment which was great. Plenty around to keep entertained prior to check in however the apartment was also available earlier than expected. Apartment is in fab location super central to old town. Lots of nice bars and restaurants around. No complaints about the property. Lovely clean apartment with a nice view from the little balcony (see photo). Would stay again and also recommend.

Helpful and nice staff. Great big bed and comfy good mattress. But the couch in front of the television was somehow not comfortable to sit on. I liked the chair on the side. Kitchen was nice and well equipped, with a electric kettle and Nespresso machine and the black stone countertop looks really luxurious and sustainable. In the bathroom we had some problems with hot and cold water.

Maybe a little bit of charm and colours can be added in this very clean appartment with a beautiful view.

The property is right in the city center surrounded by restaurants, shops, beautiful plazas and spectacular buildings. The apartment itself is modern, tastefully decorated, the kitchen well stocked with dishes and cookware for a longer stay. The staff is very professional and helpful. We loved our extended stay there and would highly recommend it for anyone who enjoys walking and enjoying the city.

No criticism to offer, we really enjoyed the comfort of this property.

Excellent location right in the heart of Valencia. Very good communication with the provider, despite arriving late at night, access via code and mailbox was seamless. The apartment was clean, well equipped. Cleaning service came in the middle of the stay, they also changed towels. Convenient access to the floor by stairs and elevator. Despite the fact that there was a restaurant below the accommodation, there was no smell or disturbing noise. I recommend.

Considering the property is over a 9 I was disappointed. The bed springs were very squeaky on my husbands side of the bed. Very annoying every time he moved and not comfortable for a long stay. The smell of the bathroom was DISGUSTING! The drainage sewer smell was a huge issue. Not ideal for having the baby in the shower. Such a strong smell. Also a bath would have been ideal. I would not stay here again.
