It’s was a great location for what we needed. I do have to say the staff TOP TIER!!! Amazing staff!! So kind and helpful!! Quick with service, i wish i could stay and make friends the ladies at the front made it very welcoming and when we book again i hope to see them there! Also the orange water and cookies were a welcoming treat we appreciated !

Got woken up at 6am when they emptied the dumpster in the street out side our room(i know that’s not in your control I’m sorry) And the room just looked a little run down could use a slight facelift especially in the bathroom. But it was clean and worked great

The room was comfortable, everything was working. The location was good. Breakfast was typical (so considered as good)

The hotel parking was a bit overpriced. There are several big public parkings around with lower rates. Google map actually points onto the building nearby. I would suggest to look at street view or photo here before you go to memorize and recognize the building visually, as the hotel sign is located on top of the building, so difficult to see it from the windshield.

The breakfasts were wonderful for my 4 nights stay!! Sharon, Victoria and Brianna were especially friendly each and every morning!! On my birthday, Sharon and Victoria had a special gift bag filled with goodies to make my day special!! I was very surprised to say the least!! Kenya at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!! This hotel was in a perfect location and walking distance to the Coca Cola museum, the Georgia Aquarium and the State Farm Arena....all within 15 minutes walking. Very safe area and very clean!! The hotel is very clean and very accommodating...even though I didn't have my room cleaned or attended to within my 4 nights there, but I could have easily called and housekeeping would have been there in minutes.!! I would stay there again in a "heartbeat" !!

There's is nothing that I would change other than housekeeping could have come to my room at least once during my 4 night stay.

Staff was very friendly, courteous and informative. Definitely knew we were in Atlanta (Southern hospitality!) Room was neat and clean with a contemporary decor. Bathroom was very neat and clean with modern, updated facilities. Great water pressure. Breakfast was pretty good. If we'd gotten up earlier, I'm sure it would have been very good. Staff did a very good job of keeping warm items (eggs and bacon/sausage) well stocked, and did an excellent job of keeping dining area clean and free of clutter. Especially in light of a Labor Day full capacity crowd! Also, Great location. Short walk to many ATL attractions and restaurants.

Honestly cannot think of a single thing to complain about during out stay. Which is highly unusual, as I'm a bit of a grouch during most outings.

Good location for our purposes. Roomy suite. Everyone was very nice. Nice selection for breakfast. Room was clean. Bed and pillows comfy.

Fridge would not stay cold and leftovers were ruined. Not enough bedding for the sleeper sofa even though reservation was for 4 people. Asked for more bedding and got wet blankets. No more pillows available. Hot breakfast items were sometimes cold.

The staff was the best part of this stay. They were friendly and helpful. I will stay here again simply because of the impression they left on me.

I can't say much here. We had one issue but the staff acted quickly, resolved it, and made up for it. The air conditioner wasn't cooling properly. They moved us, upgraded our room, and had maintenance address the issue that was also happening in the new room. We couldn't have asked for a better handling of the situation.

The staff were incredibly kind and always willing to help. We had trouble purchasing tickets for an event online, and they went above and beyond at the reception to assist us. They truly went the extra mile, and we deeply appreciate their support

Wonderful hotel next to the city center. Great amenities in the room & bathroom, bed were very comfortable.

The breakfast options were good but could have a couple of extra options, such as ham & cheese. Other than that it was truly great.

Breakfast & parking were included; Housekeeping only came if they were called; It was within walking distance to a lot of food/activities options.

When we arrived, there was a dirty baby diaper in the trashcan and 1 washcloth was on the bathroom counter, along with the little soap having been opened - as if someone washed/dried their hands. Everything else was clean, though. I'm not sure why those few things were out of place, but it looked like someone had our room, then didn't? 🤔 very weird.

The staff were all very welcoming. Breakfast was tasty. The location was perfect and in walking distance from good restaurants, attractions, and the State Farm Arena...we were in town for a basketball game.

There was one window that had a malfunctioning blackout window shade, so we couldn't completely close the shade. The room was not completely dark, which I need to get my best sleep.
