Nice room with view over Canal St, plenty of staff to help. Swimming pool over Bourbon St.

The "included" breakfast which was a factor in choosing this hotel did not exist. The hotel does not provide breakfasts, they merely direct you to a restaurant they have an arrangement with.

The location of the property was perfect. Literally on the corner of Bourbon and Canal.

Some of the staff members were extremely rude. The staff before check in needs to be fired. No customer service friendly at all. Was very rude when answering just simple questions. So rude that I almost wanted to change my location of stay. I work in customer service and that staff was unacceptable.

The location was incredibly close to everything. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff , from the valets to the breakfast area, were friendly and helpful.

Checking in was interesting since everyone was double parked on a busy Saturday afternoon at the corner of Canal and Bourbon Streets! I did have to pay to valet my car, which was pricey but worth it after a 14 hour drive to NOLA. Also, I did not know that the included breakfast was only two vouchers for hotel restaurant breakfast but there were three of us. We shared the large breakfasts, so not a big deal. Just confusing.

Location was excellent, the hotel was a lot better than we thought it would be for the price we paid. Having travelled Nashville, Memphis, Vicksburg the theme was becoming the hotels flatter to deceive so we kind of expected as this was a really value for money to other hotels around it would be a a bit run down but quite the opposite, restaurants was good value too and food was superb.

The rooms were a little dated and the view was ok but not great, You had to walk through the main restaurant to get to the coffee shop. A lot of homeless people in New Orleans but they dont really bother you

The location is great for touring New Orleans since it is centrally located at Canal and Bourbon streets. It is well insulated from Bourbon Street noise, but right there, if that is the scene you want. It is also on the street car line to the Garden District. Rooms are large and in good shape.

Check in line was very long. More staff should be added at peak times. We had only a very slow output of water from teh bathroom sink. They did fix it, but it was late on the second day of our stay. After noting the issue, they did comp us with free drinks and breakfast.

Beautiful, friendly valet and very helpful valet.

No signage as to where to park/drop off for valet and Vivek at check-in was very rude and unfriendly.

Hotel location was the biggest flex. A short walk to an abundance of eating, shopping, and entertainment venues. Cable car located right across the street and easy location for Uber pick up and drop off. The hotel staff I came in contact with were all friendly and welcoming, ensuring all my needs were met. The weather was extremely cold during my stay. The heat in my hotel room worked perfectly. The shower water had great water pressure, and the water was nice and HOT. My bed was comfortable, and I slept well. I most especially appreciated the security staff just inside the front door at night. This made me feel a little safer knowing measures were taken to ensure the safety and well-being of guests.

The hotel can use extra deep cleaning in the public areas and rooms. Also, elevators need cleaning more often. Some type of odor neutilizing for the heavy smell of cigarette and marijuana smoke throughout the lobby would be great.The room decor and carpet needs updating.

Great location, could not have picked a better location in my opinion. I had the best of Canal st. And Burbon st. Right outside the front door, And then the rest of the French Quarter surrounding us. The staff was friendly but the valet service is where its at, they were nice and informational while standing there trying to get my day started. Worth every tip u give them! The hotel itself was nice and clean... Fancy. The Pool floor was on Burbon St. side so thats nice. Overall was a great atmosphere and will definitely book again.

The hot water wasn't hot, beds were pretty stiff, room was a little on the stuffy side even though we had the ac all the way down... BUT spend the night out and you don't even realize none of this lol.

Must stay there was good. The bed was very comfortable. My room was clean for the price I would’ve expected for there to be breakfast served. There were two young ladies that worked in the afternoon and one overnight. They were very nice and very helpful. The young lady that checked us in, she allowed us to look at the rooms to make sure that we liked the rooms which was very nice of her

Me and family members went to get in a pool and the pool looked more like a bathtub then a pool the second thing that I did not like was the guy that was supposed to help with the baggage he picked and choose Who he wanted to help with their bags Once I let management know of the situation with him while The young man that was a valet driver helped us pack our things inside of the car. He stood there watching us telling the other valet driver that we told on him he didn’t care that we could hear him talking, which was very unprofessional, especially after paying $600
