The breakfast was more than expected. They had scrambled eggs, warm sausages, various breads to choose from, as well as yogurt, waffles, and cereal. The coffee was above average as it was not watery and weak, but on the stronger side. Also, the front desk has a nice waiting area, with two computers and functional printer, and very friendly staff.

It looks run down and tired. It's like a motel conversion. The A/C was noisy in our room, and the room was dark. The rooms/bathrooms are very outdated.

Staff was fantastic. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfast was simple (cereal, oatmeal, muffins, bread, eggs, pancakes, potatoes, biscuits & gravy, Juice and milk). Highway access was easy, lots of restaurants and supermarkets in the area. Short drive to Franklin historic area and downtown district. Very quiet for a motel. No loud neighbors walking by the rooms.

We had 3 rooms, and all had a musty smell to them. AC worked too well. Went from warm air to super cold quickly. AC units were very loud. 1 of the 3 rooms didn't have a microwave or desk chair like the other 2. TV reception was horrible. Gave me flashbacks to 80 antenna tv. Gym was okay, weight equipment was subpar but the cardio equipment was new and in good condition.

For the price and location it's a great place to stay

I didn't like that at 830am their staff was going door to door letting their selves in. I was about to approach my door as she was unlocking my room when I questioned her she just asked if we were staying or checking out. I let her know we would be checking out AT 11 because that's what I paid for!! I watched her continue down the way openable the doors and going in. The neighbor came out and thought it was me...I pointed so he could see her doing it. He was asleep and she woke him up but didnt even speak! The beds are right inside the door!!! This is an invasion of privacy! They could have walked in on ANYTHING!! At 11 this is acceptable not 3 hours before checkout!!

The property was a close proximity to nearby restaurants, Starbucks, Publix, and a Kroger just a few blocks down the road.

The 1st night at our stay, the refrigerator didn’t work too well and not getting cold at all. So, one of the front desk staff members were notified by my husband they let us switched over to another room (which was very nice of them). Also, there is no microwave in the rooms and if you wanted to heat up food, you would have to go to the lobby to use the microwave (which I never used it during my stay). Overall, not too bad of a property. The staff members were very nice and helpful and the Asian lady at the front desk was very sweet!

Very clean, conveniently located off I-65, allowing easy access to both Nashville and Franklin. Friendly staff. Good breakfast

It was an overall good experience. However, the breakfast area is too small for the size of the hotel. Please keep in mind that the lobby is in a separate building from the rooms, so you may have to walk quite a bit with your bags after checking in (or keep them in your car and then unload them in the parking lot next to your room)

the rooms have been updated, walk-in shower to replace tubs. 'Old people' toilets, you sit high, no longer have to bend near the floor. The breakfast is standard but fresh and abundant. The check-in rep has been there forever, for the past few years we have stopped here. I have the greatest respect for him each time I see him. He is by himself, he handles the busy phones, the long line of customers all arriving at the same time with a smile, multi tasking, keeping cool headed. He is exceptional.

With all the money they spent on renovations of the rooms, they could have spent an extra $50 to replace the bathroom doors, everything else was very well done.

Welcome exceptional. Very clean. Bed extremely comfortable. Bathroom modern. Nice amenities. Only reason don’t give it a 10 is the fact rooms open onto parking,not interior hallways so not as quiet. Didn’t have a chance to experience breakfast but it was offered. Noticed nice play area for children. Good value.

Cleaning staff did not coordinate with front desk. They entered our room twice before we checked out and long before checkout time.

There was a cricket in our room one night. We finally found it and killed it. I found another bug under the air conditioner dead but not sure what it was. The morning we left there were tiny ants all in the toilet in the doorway. There needs to be some weather stripping put on the bottom of the door. Room 143. We have stayed here two years in a row and plan too next year also.

The rooms are very clean and comfortable. Location is excellent and near several restaurants and grocery stores. Staff was very pleasant and kind. The only issue is that there are no elevators on the property, which makes it hard to load and unload. However, overall this is an excellent property to stay at and I will definitely rebook! Very pleased! Next time I’ll just request a first floor room. Definitely recommend

It is clear that although this is an older property, the management is making every effort to modernize and maintain! The rooms were renovated recently and look great! Playground was recently painted and well maintained. Breakfast exceeded expectations. Customer service was exceptional!

The pool was closed and dirty, but that could have just been not opened for the season. Fitness center was out of order.
