Great location to American Family Field. Tony? the night desk person was super friendly and helpful. The bar and restaurant were great, prices, service and food were excellent.

Not enough parking spaces. Carpet in room was old and funky. Old hotel was very loud, could hear every footstep in the room above us. Room was out of shower gel when we got there and ran out of tissue 1st night. Didn't know about the shuttle to the game till after I bought parking at the field , could have saved me $.

Location and shuttle were great. Parking is a bit tight. Maybe they should partner up with the veterans center across the street from them to allow for additional parking for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Bar in the evening has 1 bartender to serve, take drink and food orders. HIRE additional bar staff. After a game on Saturday night, we went down to the bar but left without ordering. 1 bartender doing everything is not Working for this Hotel.

The Hotel was super nice ! Great hotel for the Price! The room was nice and clean The front desk staff overnight and daytime were super friendly and the food downstairs in the restaurant was so delicious !! We had the Steak and Ribs and it was superb. The hotel also has a free breakfast buffet which was also delicious stocked with everything you need for breakfast

The parking was a little crazy The elevator was a little chilly And getting to the pool was a little tricky

love how close it is to the Brewers stadium and that they offer a shuttle to and from the game. Dave is the driver of the shuttle and he is awesome! The continental breakfast they offered was amazing! Lots of variety (they had chocolate soy milk and almond milk along with flavored cream cheese!) they had lots of hot options as well like eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. We had an accident in the bathroom with a glass shelf and the woman at the front desk (I didn’t catch her name) was very prompt in coming to the room to take care of it and and offered to switch our room but it wasn’t necessary.

the pool and hot tub were closed, I’m sure there was a good reason I just didn’t ask.

Rooms were large, well equipped and very clean. Quiet. Very good breakfast, with many options. Of special interest to me, their decaf was dark roast. That's rarely available anywhere so it was a delightful surprise.

The neighborhood wasn't particularly interesting.

Minor thing: shower had dispensers on the wall and little bottles of shampoo and conditioner, but when going to use the dispensers, 2 were empty, so had to get water on bathroom floor.

I chosed that hotel due the distance to my target. We had a nice receiption and a friendly staff, as well as a really good breakfast choice! Room, its condition and cleanliness had been okay. Unfortunately we did not find the time to use the inhouse pool.

The noice of the AC. Also with the reduced temperature settings, it re-powerd on after a few seconds, so I had to switch it off. Also I made the experience, that there must be any electrostatic loaded plastic stuff in the duvet or the matress topper - it was not really pleasant to sleep within an electrostatic loaded surrounding:-( Had been disturbed while the night by hearing the steps on the wooden floor from above...

Staff friendly and helpful. Loved the Shuttle opportunities to State Fair and Brewer Game. Lounge was clean, friendly. Breakfast was awesome.

The pool and spa area had a funky smell to it. The hot tub smelt yeasty?? But the size of pool and hot tub were a surprise, very large.

Room was very comfortable

I was told by front desk that there was room service delivery to room . Waited an hour, called restaurant and they said no room delivery. I'm disabled so the extra walking, wasn't what I wanted. I would have used grub hub. Also poor parking. Very small.

Location is great. Staff is what makes this place. They were great to deal with. The shuttle to the game was super convenient

WiFi was terrible. Hot food on continental breakfast could have been a little more presentable. Couldn’t cast to the tv. Kept connecting and disconnecting
