The staff was very pleasant and helpful. You also have complimentary apples and oranges, cakes, doughnuts, coffee, and tea throughout the day in the lobby. They also served drinks in the evening of the weekend I guess (didn't have time to try). The lobby is nice and has a pretty cozy inner courtyard. Not to forget the location - you can reach most nice restaurants and bars on foot, a Monoprix just next door, less than 30 min to the CDG, etc.

I found the bed very easy to sleep in, but the room and common areas design was a huge turn-off, just beyond tastelessness to my eye. No door in the bathroom, so you sit on the toilet in the corner of your room beside a tiny partition. It would have been ideal if the design wasn't so dramatically kitch. I'd recommend updating it to contemporary Asian or Middle-Eastern standards to attract more clients, otherwise, everything was lovely.

In Paris one typically either needs to pay a bucketload of money to get a nice hotel room, or else runs into all sorts of compromises. 123 Sebastopol was a fully unexpected surprise therefore - great value for money, super nice hotel with movie theatre, film and actors as its theme. Nice and spacious room, impeccable cleanliness, the free drinks in room and in the lounge are great value-adds and the staff is super attentive and helpful. Great location, 1 minute to the metro that connects to central Paris and Charles de Gaulle airport in 45 minutes. This hotel will now become my go to place in Paris.

Everything about this hotel is amazing - the staff, the facilities, the location! The staff are absolutely exceptional, so helpful and kind. Both at reception and at breakfast, everyone had a smile on their face. A special shout out to Sheridan, Kevin, Chand, Ana and Phillip (and all the others but I didn’t catch their names). Upon enquiring about any recommendations for a boat trip, I was presented with a free ticket for a Seine cruise. What a lovely surprise! The breakfast was delicious, with a good choice of food and drinks. They have a snack time from 2pm-2am, free minibar in the room, and a free cinema. And you get the same perks when if you visit their other hotels in different areas of Paris! There’s so many nice free things I couldn’t believe it. And the room was spacious with an extremely comfy bed - I had one of the best sleeps of my life!! The location is also excellent. There’s a metro right outside, and lots of cafes, restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area feels safe too. I had a wonderful stay at 123 Sebastopol Astotel and would definitely recommend staying here. If I come back to Paris I would 100% stay here again!

Wonderful vibe to this hotel, very well decorated and welcoming. The free soft bar from 2pm to 2am is a great generous addition, not something we have seen in any other hotels. Rooms are comfortable, very clean, and included free mini bar. Beds were very comfortable, we had no noise even though our room was on the busy street side. Ideal location to get everywhere easily with metro, bus or walk. Faoud, Anjaleen, and Heila were all amazing, went above & beyond to offer help and advice about public transport, luggage storage & all our inquiries. Allowed us a late checkout without any hesitation.

We couldn't get to use the movie theatre, it was booked every night. They told us afterwards it usually is the case over the weekends. We saw on booking.com pool/sauna in other astotel hotels is available to guests, but when inquired, we were told it was not available to this hotel guests. This was disappointing as we were looking forward to those facilities.

Great hotel with wonderful staff and a great location. Everything was absolutely perfect, from the room to breakfast to how thoughtful they are leaving small gifts or providing free beverage in your room that they refill every day. There’s food and drinks available to everyone throughout the entire day. The Louvre is a 30 minute walk away and you can easily go anywhere by metro (two different stations nearby). It was much better than expected!

It’s a great property. Great location. Excellent facilities. The breakfast is a huge spread to satiate the palette of the most jaded traveler. The free tasty snacks and coffee that they provide for their guests in the afternoon, is such a good touch along with the free mini bar in the rooms, which is replenished daily . A special mention of Nathan and Chadd, the front desk staff who went over and above to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They provide a service of keeping your luggage after check out and welcome the guests to enjoy the free snacks while they wait for their onward departures. I would absolutely recommend this property and for sure come and stay back here whenever I visit Paris.

The location was immaculately centered and close to everywhere I wanted to go. Staff were super helpful, we requested a late check out and they granted that without charging anything extra. I've been to Paris for more than 10 times and this was definitely the best hotel I ever stayed in. It was not like the other "Parisian" hotels with minimal or no lounge, steep and narrow stairways. It had an amazing lounge with free drinks and snacks from 2pm to 2am, also the mini bar in the rooms was free as well. It was kinda shocking how "proper" of a hotel it was after getting used to the European version of compacted hotels. Room was clean and beds were comfy (for someone who is very picky with beds), and our room was facing inside so quiet as a result.

The only thing that could improve was the shower. The temperature was ok, but the water pressure was a bit low, we would really like a more sufficient water flow for the shower.

The hotel is very close to metro’s. It is beautifully decorated. my room was quite spacious and had a coffee machine and bar fridge with complementary drinks. I requested an electric kettle and they provided 1. the breakfast was excellent. Large variety of options to choose from. Scrambled eggs, cheeses, cooked veggies, salads, salmon, quiches, fresh fruits, pastries, juices and pancakes and waffles on weekends! Loved the breakfast! Free pastries and drinks available after 2pm every day. A cinema to watch movies in. The staff were amazing and allowed us an early check-in and later check-out! Very highly recommended hotel! A short walk to lots of restaurants, crepe stands and a very Vibey area

The staff is very hospitable. Beautiful hotel. The "film" theme is a nice touch. The breakfast was incredible, and the "tea time" they have in the evenings was so above and beyond our expectations, with freshly made, delicious French pastries available all afternoon. They even let us enjoy it after we checked out! We will for sure stay here again next time we're in Paris.

The room isn't very big, but to be expected in Paris. The elevator is painfully slow--we were on the third floor, even so we usually opted for the stairs. It would sure be amazing if they could change it out, strange having such an outdated elevator in a new hotel. The minibar in the room only had one of each drink, which I found strange being a couple. I'm sure if we'd asked for more, they would've provided it, though, and the tea time more than made up for this.

The hotel staff were especially friendly and helpful, the location of the hotel was good, they had a patio at the back for smokers, they have a whole load of facilities including a mini cinema and spa. They also have an open bar every day where you can get free coffee, soft drinks, pastries, nuts, candy etc all for free, and their breakfast was really nice. Pity my stay was only 2 nights. The rooms were not too big, but yet cosy and clean, the water pressure in the shower was perfect. Nice one.
