Location was perfect for our trip, close to the Danube, in proximity to the historic center and many "attractions". Our room was spacious and clean with a big closet and a well maintained bathroom. For breakfast we could pick from an amazing buffet that offered everything from hearty savory items (incl. eggs, sausages, beans etc.) and cereals with fresh fruits to nice pastries. Availability of coffee, tea and juices and even options for nutritional intolerances.

One surprise upon arrival was to find out that the only window of our room faced the outdoor/open-air hallway that all guests had to use to reach their rooms. Without curtains closed privacy was limited. However, during our city trip we did not spend much time in our room during the day, so that was only a minor issue. And at night with the lights on we closed the curtains anyway.

Great location Clean Breakfast good & better than expected too Room basic but clean & great base! Twin beds nice and big! Internally corridors & stairs etc and outside part a little ‘cold’ and worrying at first - but rooms total fine!! We had an amazing view from our bedroom window too!

Lol trivial silly little thing - but no milk for tea in room. Asked reception and they said no. And no breakfast tea at breakfast just flavours and earl grey! Ha! British and love normal tea! (With milk!) no big deal tho! Hot chocolate at breakfast was lovely!!!! Hotel brilliant location, clean & great base.

The hotel is located at a prime spot, near many attractions of the city. Bus/Tram stops are close-by which allows to access the wider city via public transport very convenient. Room had the close view of Danube river, a bridge, a church and Buda Castle at a distance! All this at the price was awesome! Breakfast was great, fresh made everyday at the hotel and a variety to choose and a great coffee machine. Loved everything!

It would be nice to have some instant coffee pouches in the room. there were tea sachets and electric kettle but no coffee :(

The location was a plus right next to Elisabeth bridge; lots of good food around; Hop on hop off station very close; parking free for the weekend. The hotel was old and still with some preserved architecture. Breakfast was great and a welcomed bonus.

Because the hotel was old the rooms could use some easy updates such as remove the carpets from all the rooms, and review the sinks and the showers knobs and doors. Our room had the inner court view but that didn’t bother us.

Great location and the room we got in the 5th floor although small was perfect and had no issues. Food was very nice, not a large selection but tasted good. You’re a few minutes walk from great shops, food places and lots of things to see and do close by. Would stay again.

The parking. There is public parking across the road under the bridge, somewhat expensive if you were to be there for more than a few days. It’s about €27 a day/€5.50 for 3 hours.

Excellent location, 2 minutes walk to the river and easy walk into city centre. Good choice of cafes and restaurants just around the corner along a pedestrianised street. Hop on/Hop off bus stop very near by. Large room very clean and modern, plenty of hot water in the shower. Good choice of buffet breakfast with great view of the river.

The room was in the apartment section of the hotel, and the access is through a quite dingy run down area. Once inside the hotel rooms section all brightly lit and clean. Public areas are a bit run down in need of redecorating.

I rented the apartment for 4 people, and everyone values their privacy — so even a simple lock on the bathroom door would be highly appreciated. It would also be helpful to have a basic towel hanger or even a simple hook in the bathroom. Additionally, the shower holder was installed upside down, making it impossible to use properly. These are minor issues, but they were a bit inconvenient during our stay

Location was amazing. Only a short walk from public transport, shops and restaurants. The hotel is in an old building with many rooms on different levels. There are a few stairs to be climbed, there was also a lift. The shower in the bathroom was very small, shower head was a little tricky. Bodywash was provided. Hairdryer wasn't the best to use but did work. The beds were comfortable.

Great location makes for easy access to central Budapest. Close to metro (M3) which is only 5 stops to bus station, trams, restaurants, cafes etc. Room was warm (without even having to have heater on), comfortable bed and tidy. Breakfast was great with hot and cold buffet with lots of options. Staff were friendly and we were able to leave our luggage prior to check in and after check in. Great price for such a great location with breakfast included. Will stay there again when we return to Budapest.

Everything was good

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location is absolutely perfect — close to everything you might need. Special thanks to Bogi at the reception — she was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. She explained everything clearly and made us feel very welcome.

The only downside was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is only from 3 PM, and check-out is already at 10 AM, which felt a bit too early. Other than that, everything was excellent!
