For a budget hotel, Ibis is an excellent choice for anybody! It's simple and straightforward. The room was small but good enough for a single guest. Hotel is cleanly maintained. Don't expect it to be a luxury resort, so you will happily stay here.

In the hotel description they have mentioned "money exchange counter" in the lobby as a hotel facility. (This was mentioned in an email sent by Accor, for online check-in). Taking this information into account, I didn't exchange any money at the airport and came directly to the hotel. But the reception staff was totally unaware of this, and they said they never had money exchange facility in this property. This made me inconvinent, as I had to walk to a nearby ATM to get Indian Rupees for day-to-day spending, and the ATMs dispose only Rs.200 to Rs.500 at a time!

Location was superb. Close to the international airport (about 8 minutes drive) and close to the runway (of I think the local airport) as I could watch planes take-off. I didn't get the chance to have a buffet breakfast but they packed some really good sandwiches and fruit. The dinner was good with variety (Indian and continental).

The shower cubicle was rather compact and no member of staff actually helped me with my luggage; not even to show me to my room at check-in (which was off and awkward for a hotel of that class)

Room was good as usual; I have stayed in your hotel quite a few number of times in the past, so the experience was nothing new for me. Staff were very cordial and helpful. Breakfast platter was also good. Location is extremely good if one is travelling in or out of Mumbai through the international airport. Necessary shops and ATMs are within walking distance of the hotel. First time I was staying with my pet dog and starting from the check-in to check-out , everything was hassle free. My pet dog was anxious at the new place but adopted to it very fast.

One thing I did not like was the cost of Butter Nun.. on 15th June night I had ordered 2 Butter nuns and one Butter chicken.. as far as i remember the 2 nuns cost me 600/- as each one was 300/- and butter chicken was 700/-... this ratio does not work. I paid 1476/- for 2 butter nuns and one butter chicken.. Come on.. this is not quite correct; may be the price for butter nun should at least be reviewed by the management considering the cost of making it considering all OH & P.

We stayed there for one and half a day. Our stay was superb. From the checkin to checkout the process was smooth. Within a call whatever we asked was arranged. It doesn't take more than 5 to 8 min for the housekeeping staff. The front office kitchen chef and alk the service providers were polite and humble. The room were spacious clean and worth the value. We visited there for a medical checkup and our journey was smooth. The breakfast buffet doesn't have much option but whatever it has was hot and taste was awesome neither too spicy nor bland. Just perfect

The Buffet Breakfast and Dinner was absolutely amazing, Menu was simple yet offered a variety of dishes , all fantastic and offered options catering to each one's preferences- veg and non veg. Dishes were labelled well too, Chef Sameer's specially curated meals were lovely, really enjoyed all the dishes. Staff were exceptionally friendly and kind, always offering to help..Reception Staff, Deepak, Gauri and the others , Restaurant Staff ..Shabbir, Mayur and the others..special thank you to Sumit Birwal..Guest Service Manager ...

The Front desk staffs are friendly and helpful. The security staffs are amazing and ready to help you with a smile. The Spice it restaurant staffs also so welcoming and always there to assist you! Me and my pet dog Hope had an amazing stay for 3 days. Value for money. Great breakfast menu, lunch and dinner buffet! Complimentary Terminal 1 drop off.

Room size

hotel staff were excellent and very responsive. we were welcomed well. pretty fast billing. Initially they said it was self service but they provide all services we needed right from helping in moving our luggage to room and booking taxi for airport drop. i would recommend others to experience the hospitality of Ibis mumbai aiport.

the key card was not working and system on door seems not liking the card i was presenting. reception team did gave me different card to try. after nice hit and trial was able to enter room. Food was good Chef Sameer personally attended my query about the sabudana khichidi and provided me khichidi as per my taste.

Location is pretty good, near the airport, even though arrival time is very late, I can get rest in short time. their service kind and nice, these young workers work very hard.

the room card doesn't work too often, this is the only one to make me feeling not good.

Staff on front desk, it was a girl, no welcoming at all, very blunt and no smile at all. Forgot her name . It’s a front desk she should have basic welcome skills. I did mention it to front desk staff when I was checking out

IBIS Mumbai Airport offers an amazing stay with a perfect location, just minutes away from Bandra, Juhu, BKC, and Mumbai Airport. The rooms are cozy, the bar is great, and transportation is super easy. A must-visit for a comfortable and convenient stay in Mumbai!

While the bar is a bit pricey, the overall experience more than makes up for it.
