Value for money, great staff, great location near supermarket and public parking. Adjoining rooms with connecting door was convenient for our family. Limited onsite parking available.

Toilet doors don’t lock and handles are a bit low, so my toddler (18mos) can easily open the door 😅 We ran out of bath soap (wasn’t topped up). Room service did refill the next day but would be good if it didn’t ran out while bathing. Limited onsite parking so not sure during very peak seasons how much available parking would there be. Though public parking is available nearby so still a great location.

We had advised that we would be arriving in Queenstown at lunch time and our room was ready on arrival. It was well appointed and comfortable, with a great view of the airport and mountains. We had to report an issue with the handle of the bathroom door, and this was attended to promptly. The hotel is on a bus route, with regular buses into Queenstown.

On more than one occasion during our week-long stay we had to chase up supplies (dish wash liquid etc) as housekeeping had not restocked when servicing our room. While the room was generally very clean, the walls could do with a wipe down especially in the bathroom.

Great little apartment with large comfortable bed. The coffee shop on site is excellent with great coffee and pastries. We had a lovely view of the mountains. It's a little way out of town but there is a regular bus service right outside if you don't want to drive into Queenstown. The Remarkables shopping centre is only a few minutes walk and has plenty of restaurants and a new world supermarket. We were very late arriving due to problems with flights but after calling the hotel while waiting in Auckland they were very helpful and left our room passkey in a lock box outside with instructions sent to us on how to access it. We enjoyed our stay here.

Freezer compartment needed a defrost and wasn't working well so no icecubes for our G &T's

The room was comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night, after completing a hike and before driving to another city. There was a washing machine available in our room, which we really appreciated. Within a short walking distance was a supermarket and several places to eat. We could also walk to the car rental place at the airport. This is a decent hotel for an overnight stay for those with a plane to catch in the morning. Though I’m not sure whether they run a shuttle bus to the airport.

When we first arrived, the room we were allocated smelled really bad, someone had evidently been smoking in there, but when we let the reception staff know, they allocated us another room. So that was all okay.

Convenient location near the airport (note - convenient for Frankton, not Queenstown!). Rooms were good quality and appreciated having a washer / dryer in the room. Breakfast in the attached cafe was great with better than expected selection. Parking was included and located in an underground car park - lift provided easy access for luggage.

Upon arrival we actually thought the hotel was closed as the ground floor was dark and the cafe which is not part of the Ramada, but shares the ground floor, had chairs up and gates closed. In general the lobby area isn't very inviting with limited seating.

Frankton is the perfect location to explore the wider area. Easy access to roads leading towards the Remarkables, Arrowtown and Queenstown. Walking distance to shopping area with multiple places to eat, as well as a big supermarket. Right next to the airport, yet couldn't hear any planes. Great little kitchen, with even a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine and dryer. Would definitely stay here again.

No windows to open, would have liked some fresh air (not just air conditioning). Great windows and views, but totally enclosed. Next time will book room with small balcony so we can have some fresh air.

Great value for the cost. Room/hotel is a bit dated but had everything you needed. Washer and dryer worked well (and came with one laundry detergent pack) but the dryer sprayed lint everywhere into the bathroom. But the dryer worked well so not a deal breaker. The washer was nice and big with no center spinner which was also nice in terms of space. Great location. Remarkable shopping center nearby and plenty of food options. Brand new laundromat nextdoor too.

The doorknob in my room was broken so I basically had to slam the door to shut it. I didn't notice until after I had started laundry so it wasn't worth making a fuss. The front desk staff were very friendly but it is only open from 8am-8pm. If you arrive outside that timeframe checkin is weird. Washer and dryer are very very loud.

We found the location of the hotel great and convenient as it was closer to the Remarkables skifield than if we drove from Queenstown. We were close to the local shops (in walking distance) and nice cafes and restaurants. Not as many as in Queenstown but enough for us. The hotel has its own nice cafe downstairs. Not being directly in Qtown didn’t bother us at all. it was about 15 mins drive from the hotel but we only went twice during our stay. The room had a lovely view to the mountain, it was spacious and well furnished with all we needed, even the washing mashing and the dryer.

Located just out of Queenstown near the airport, however there was no intrusive airport noise, and the hotel is within the Remarkables Shopping precinct which has bars, restaurants and a supermarket with the added bonus of an excellent Boulangerie. The room was really lovely, very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The best bonus was secure underground parking and a bus stop across the road. The local bus runs very regularly until late in the night, and with parking in Queenstown at a premium we just used the bus service. Very happy with the accommodation on many levels and would certainly stay again.

Location is good. Close to busstop for bus route 1 to airport (5min journey) and city center (30min journey). Underground parking is first come first serve, was good during my stay in mid-may. Room is comfortable, there's washer n dryer in bathroom. Water pressure in shower is wonderful, very comfortable for relaxing after a big walk day.

Soundproofing is not great, especially when there's adjoining door to next room. Microwave needed a few tries to figure out, would be nice to have a instruction card of some sort. Would be nice if there's smart TV for streaming services connection direct to TV.
