Straight forward check-in. The room was better than expected as shown via booking app. Bed very comfortable, linen & towels very clean & good quality.

A few hairs in the bath plug hole, but no big deal. Put the plug in & there's no need to touch the drain. A regular spray of limescale remover would make a huge improvement to the appearance of the bathroom. Having worked as a commercial cleaner for some years & personal standards it's attention to small details which make a massive difference.

This place is in a fantastic location in Paddington, making it super easy to get around London. I appreciated the simple but tasty breakfast, and while the rooms are pretty basic, it’s a good option if you’re looking for an affordable and convenient stay.

I'd read some other reviews of the hotel and wasn't expecting much, but for London it was reasonably priced, so I booked anyway. It was actually much better than expected. Room and shower/bathroom was spotless. Comfy beds and tea/coffee provided. Breakfast was a bit basic but again perfectly OK. And the location is excellent.

Main problem was the noise overnight. Room was very warm as faced the sun during the afternoon so I opened the window, but was surprisingly busy on the street.

The window couldn't be locked, and cold air entered the room. The water drowning was very slow, and the bathroom was very small. On the first day, my wife saw a small mouse on the coridor.we announced the reception, and fortunately, we had never seen it after.

The hotel's location is close to any metro station and bus stop, and restaurants and shops are close as well, the place is quiet except for cars, but that's not the problem. The staff was nice and helpful with everything we asked, and the rooms were clean (cleaned every day, which we didn't expect/need) and nicely set. The breakfast food was good as well.

The location was fabulous with a short walk to Paddington Station. The room met our needs. Was reasonably clean (little dusty in places - mainly the fan). Bathroom very clean and well stocked with toiletries and clean towels. Beds very comfy and clean, crisp bedding. The breakfast was continental, and was fresh and well stocked. Staff very helpful.

A little more attention could be paid to cleaning the room. There was some worn child's clothes in one of the drawers (obviously previous occupants) and the television didn't work at all (although the latter wasn't a problem). Informed reception. The fan on the wall was very dusty, but very much needed as the room was warm due to the current weather. It blew dust across the beds underneath.

Very central, great Checkin - no hassle at all. Fantastic budget option for micro stays in London.

The flights of stairs, would be impossible for older people or families with kids and prams.

Central location is great, near Edgware Road, Marble Arch and Oxford street. A plenty of restaurants and pubs nearby. Parking would be a bit of a hassle as there are little spaces available on site, and there’s residents parking in front of the door which can’t be used. The staff was super friendly, and the breakfast was ok with a selection of yoghurts, toast, croissants, cheeses/ cold meats, boiled eggs, etc. The bed was big and comfy, the room was small but neat. Great value for the price though!

Navigating through the floors was a bit difficult with heavy suitcases, but there are lifts. No AC in the rooms but glad there was a fan on the wall, which saved us! Sound isolation was a bit of an issue as we kept waking up from noises made pigeons all over the roof & other guests who were being loud at night.

Very affordable stay in London. Beds are nice, it was clean and I’m for sure staying here again.

Personally I’d love if the hotel would switch out the blankets you sleep with. You have a sheet with a blanket on top - I’d love a duvet with a duvet cover on. Their floors are squeaky clean -> maybe another type of cleaning solution or a smaller amount would make the floors not squeak haha. I felt the cleaning solution make my socks very slippery. The breakfast was actually very good. You have two types of bread that can be toasted, boiled eggs, yoghurt and different cereal products. If they ever want to upgrade it, some scramble eggs, bacon and sausages - maybe some fruit would be lovely.

We booked this hotel for it's proximity to Hyde park BST it was also the cheapest at £175 to be honest after reading some of the reviews to be honest we wasn't sure what to expect. The room was accessible by a lift or the stairs. We had booked a superior double room as that was all what was left on booking.com. However we had a king and a good size single bed. The room was clean, it had an excellent fan mounted on the wall which worked really well to keep the room cool. The bathroom was small, maybe a little tired but it was clean. Their was also a small wardrobe which didn't hold much but we were only there a night. The cases fitted in the wardrobe. I can see if you were there a few nights you may struggle to hang everything up and their was only a little 2 draw cabinet. The room did have a chair and small desk with tea & coffee facilities and their was also a tv. To be honest we found the room had enough plug sockets but they were not by the bed they were on the wall under the tv and by the desk. If you are going to a concert at BST Hyde Park then this hotel is excellent. We could of had the complimentary continental breakfast but we chose to sleep as long as we could then go for brunch. This hotel is excellent value for money your paying for its proximity other hotels in this area were £200 +.

If I'm being picky the bathroom could maybe do with a glow up the grout could do with replacing as its abit stained but it was clean. Maybe some long draws in the wardrobe for storage like I say for one or two nights it's enough.
