location is more than perfect less than 4 minutes walk to the west Brompton station where district line transfer to all attraction , staff are very helpful , very clean hotel .

needs some renovation specially windows .

The location for me was ideal and close to multiple tube stops. The price was unbeatable for a private double with an ensuite bathroom. The cleaning staff were very friendly and gave me fresh towels and cleaned daily. Check in was easy I arrived a bit early but could store my luggage for the hour while my room was being changed over and there was a nice pub nearby to visit. There were actually a number of nice pubs and restaurants within walking distance. The bed was comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. Overall great value for money. There was a kettle with simple tea and coffee.

Lots of what others have said is true. The hallways and common areas are well past their best days. The sink taps had very poor water pressure. The shower curtain needed to be replaced. I stayed for seven days and on the first day I felt the atmosphere of the hotel was a bit creepy but by midweek it was obviously harmless and I had let reading some bad reviews impact my impression. By the end of the week I realised it was pretty great for the money I spent which the best I could find for a hotel in London at the time I visited. I never used the elevators because they looked scary.

I recently stayed at this charming two-star hotel, and I must say, it’s an absolute steal for the price! The ambiance is delightfully raw and authentic, perfect for those who crave a real, unfiltered travel experience. The room decor tells a story of its own, with abstract wall patterns of an unknown nature to spark the imagination! The staff were wonderfully hands-off, giving me all the privacy I needed to soak in the gritty charm. The bed was functional, the lighting moody, and the overall vibe is just pure, unpretentious character. This hotel is a glorious masterpiece you won’t soon forget!

If I must nitpick, the artistic wall stains were a touch too few—more of those daring, organic masterpieces would’ve turned the room into a proper avant-garde gallery! Also, the gritty charm could’ve been amplified with slightly thinner walls; a bit more of the neighbors’ lively ambiance seeping through would’ve added that extra layer of immersive character!

I liked the price related to hotel location. Very good location! There are good cafes, restaurants and markets near the hotel. The receiption to check-in and check-out was very easy and friendly . There are train and metro stations (Overground and Underground) very near to the hotel. The room has necessary things to stay, comfortable bed, sheet and pillows, good desk with outlet and tv.

There is no air-conditioned or fan into the room in hot days. The cleaness in general was good but there was some used syringes above the mirror and a little bit black dust in the bathroom.

The location is good, the underground station is near, the neighbourhood is OK. The price was great but the room not really.

The room was super small, smaller than in the photos, the bathroom was not so cute..the staff changed only the towels without cleaning the room. The furniture was broke in some places. You have the possibility to make a coffee or tea in the room but the way they looked we didn't even touched them.

Affordable good size rooms for two people with plenty of fresh air and good baths. Receptionists are friendly and professional and respectful. Some rooms also have windows in the bathroom. The hotel is a two minute walk to the underground station ( district line ) and bus stop ( bus 74 ) in front of the hotel. The hotel is similar to business county hotels in China. Stayed several times, is a good spot.

Comfy bed, cozy room, very friendly and helpful staff, a lot sun in the room , bed linen clean and if you ask about your needs or some help they do it in a proper way! Thank you very much for your care and support!

If u are a modest person, is a really nice a chill place to stay,also considering the location is well cheap, so I don't understand why some others complain about it! There is also plenty of private payed parking space what is also an excellent facility as is very hard to find payed parking in this zone !

There are a few bits in the rooms, but u can easily live with 😁

I liked that the room and the hotel reception were clean and tidy. I also liked the location as it is close to shops, bars and restaurants. Overall it was good 👍

There wasn't a kettle in the room to make coffee and tea. Nor air conditioning neither.

I was a bit worried about the Hotel lily when I booked it . We were a group of 10 on a little rugby tour. We had so much fun, the staff were friendly and fun . The lifts can't take two fat people. Rooms clean, bathroom an experience not to be missed. Some great pubs only 0.3 miles away Now the most important part, room 326. It has to be a national treasure, unfortunately I missed the opportunity to go in the room but I was told. I can't say anymore. So basically it is a classic rugby touring hotel with some great pubs nearby.
