We had already been there in May 2024 and went back for our December visit. It is a no-frills hotel but it meets our expectations. The staff are very nice, courteous and helpful (a special mention for Josè!). The rooms are small, as expected, but clean and functional. The bathroom was in perfect working order with a good shower, larger than in other hotels of the same category. The 2 lifts are prompt, with hardly any waiting time. Breakfast is adequate, both Continental and English style. They provide free drinking water with which you can replenish your bottle. It is literally 5 minutes walk to the Tube Station (Shepherds Bush on the Central Line), Bus 94 to Oxford Street and the Westfields Shopping Mall. If we are ever back in London, we will go back to this hotel. We find is good value for money, in a city like London.

+ We were very happy with our stay. The staff kindly allowed us an early check-in in the morning and a late check-out in the afternoon, and they also stored our luggage for free. + The room was a good size, clean, well-equipped, and quiet, with plenty of natural light and a thick curtain if you'd like to darken the room to sleep well. Both lifts worked well too. - However, we did notice a few silverfish in the room, so just be cautious not to carry them home in your suitcase. - Breakfast was good, but not quite worth the £13.50 per person. + The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the location was excellent, close to Westfield shopping centre, good restaurants, Holland Park, Kensington Gardens, and more.

I can't fault anything seriously, but I do hope they address the issue with the silverfish.

We were a small group of 4 friends/family who stayed at this hotel from 14-22 May, in rooms 425 and 427. As expected, it is a no-frills, functional hotel, located in a diverse neighbourhood, practically 5 minutes walk to the Shepherds Bush Underground Station on the Central Line, and the large and modern Westfields Shopping Centre. Adequately priced for London and for what it is. The rooms and the bathrooms are, naturally, small but the space has been well planned. The bathroom fixtures were all in perfect working order. So were the 2 lifts. Breakfast was adequate. It starts at 6.30 am, but if you need to leave earlier they provide a take-away one. But what really makes this hotel exceptional is the Staff. Friendly, pleasant, helpful, efficient. With a special mention and a special "thank you" for Jose, Natalie, Maiuri and Alvaro, the ones we were mostly in contact with. Lucy

Liked the location, near to Central line, less than 5mins walk. The Hammersmith & Circle line was slightly further, 8mins. A lot of eateries nearby. Sainsbury local was just 1-2 mins walk, connected behind. The hotel got lift and that helps a lot because we got large luggages. The breakfast was good, reasonable for the price. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

The bathroom door was a bit noisy, not sure if it was built like that. Perhaps some minor repairs would help.

The room was fairly generous and comfortable. The air-conditioning was very helpful and made our stay very comfortable. Quiet room. Having a lounge downstairs. There was staff downstairs the whole time.

For the double bed room, we would have wanted two chairs instead of one. The shower room & the toilet was a bit tight. We would have lied to have two hand towels as well (rather than only two bath towels). Two glasses (apart from the two cups) would have been also useful.

Centrally located to the tube and buses to get around the sights London has to offer - lots of shops local and chemists for supplies - Rooms always clean and comfy with iron board and iron on offer if needed - Kettle and plenty of teas and coffee and sugars .. Breakfast is plentiful with lots on offer - hot and cold … car parking is a bonus too next door to a multi story at reduced rates and can get luggage in and out on 1 st floor … love this hotel staff super nice too thank you xxx

Don’t change anything you’re amazing

The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The hotel is very close to the Hammersmith station so it is so convenient to get around and close enough to come back from the city and shower before going out again in the evening. Breakfast is generous and amazing. Staff were very friendly.

The price is just quite high, it is not central London nor super fancy (although really lovely and perfect for travel). I was disappointed that I booked ahead for 4 nights and then the same day booking rate was considerably lower than my booking price.

The person that received us was very kind and nice, we even had a laugh for a small mistake, the room in general had a good space and was very clean and looked like they care to have all clean and perfect for the guests, you have a shopping center turning left to the entrance and the biggest center in Europe taking the tube Hammersmith & City Tube. Felt nice

The plugs are a little far from the bed but everything else: perfect

The room was clean and bright. Only needed to stay for one night so was more than comfortable. Didn't have breakfast so cannot comment. Location was great. Not very far from the tube station and close to shops. bars and restaurants.

The shower would not run hot. Couldn't use it in the end although my friend did manage to eventually get the water hot after running the shower for about ten minutes... Was very disappointing.

The staff were really helpful and gave us recommendations on where to eat. The breakfast was great.

My colleague, Danielle Poole, originally made a booking that was £300 cheaper than the price our marketing manager later paid. When she called to explain that the marketing manager had also made a booking—instead of using the original one—we weren’t allowed to retain the cheaper reservation.
