Friendly staff, good location, lovely breakfast with a good range of fresh choices

Room a little tired but in no way spoiled our stay

I had hoped for a better room having stayed in the hotel many times over the years. I was surprised that there was no hand cream. The housekeepers are really under pressure. The breakfast room needs new tables - they are really aging. One knife, spoon and fork is not ideal. At least two knives - for toast and eggs and bacon. No china cups for tea!

When we got to the hotel the room given to us at check in was not the room we booked. After seeing the room and location we went down to talk to the receptionist. She promptly talked to the manager. The manager of this hotel was extremely polite, and quickly changed our room. He and his assistant took our luggage from our first room and brought it to our new room. We were very pleased how quickly the manger and staff solved our problem. The location of this hotel is ideal for visiting museums, sites and shopping. The breakfast buffet was one of the best during our travel through Europe. The staff at this hotel were always eager to help in any way to make our visit comfortable and pleasant. The manager of the breakfast buffet was so pleasant, and went out of his way to make sure we could get a light breakfast before our early departure.

This hotel’s room has the traditional English decor with a small bathroom. The furniture show some age however the bed was comfortable.

Location is excellent. Breakfast is decent but not wow. The size of the superior room is very good; however the size of the standard room is small. the staff are friendly and professional. I always stay at Millenium Hotel on Sloane Street

The bathtup is small better if they have shower instead

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the Millennium. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room with a balcony. Breakfast was amazing and plentiful with copious amounts of bacon, sausages, eggs etc. The location is absolutely brilliant. Overall, we could not fault this hotel. Outstanding value for money in the best part of London!

Very nice property, clean and comfortable, reception staff welcoming and friendly.

Rooms are a bit dated but still fresh and clean. Breakfast was a total disaster. Was told no need to book but when we went to the restaurant we were told there was no space. When we did get a table it wasnt stable enough to have a drink on as it was wobbly and couldnt physically sit with legs under the table. We did manage to swap. When we went to get food, there was hardly anything left but was told it would be out in 1 minute, it was on its way, after standing there for 7 minutes and the rest of the food on my plate cold i gave up waiting. What food i did have was nice though. Also had to ask and wait for cups and glasses to be able to get a drink and ask for cutlery to eat food.

Perfect location! This hotel is a bit dated, but the room was comfortable and the location unbeatable. We could check-in earlier and explore the city. Given the hotel offers during the summer season, this was the best we could find, and it didn't disappoint.
