The beds very very comfortable

“I had a pleasant stay at the hotel overall. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and attentive. The location was convenient, and the amenities provided were quite satisfactory. However, one small downside was the absence of an elevator, which made it a bit challenging to move luggage between floors. For those with mobility concerns, this could be an issue. That said, everything else was great, and I would still recommend the hotel for a comfortable stay.”

The breakfast was great value for money; a wonderful selection and everything was extremely fresh and beautifully presented. It was a quiet yet perfectly located part of London. We will definitely stay there again should we make a return visit.

Though not an issue for us, traversing the narrow staircase with bags may create an issue for some.

Very kind and helpful staff! I like the comfort and also the cleanliness of the place. It felt very easy and a home feel to it.

The young woman who showed me in and Carrie my suitcase downstairs to my room - she was excellent and really helped. The room and especially the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved it.

The TV wouldn’t go on. I had to get reception to come and get the TV to work as the remote didn’t work. You needed to switch something at the back of the TV. Not great.

Very nice reception and help with luggage to room. Very comfy bed and TV that works!! water at bedside and tea and coffee making facilities. Very central and reasonably quiet. Good shower. And very accommodating on changing dates from April to July. Kind and helpful.

Couldn't get an up to date VAT receipt as the room had been booked earlier in the year so had the original date.

I loved this little boutique style hotel. Staff couldn’t be any friendlier and helpful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and there wasn’t much noise from outside considering how busy the area is. Would definitely stay again. Ran out of time to try the breakfast that looked so good, will make up for it next time 😄

The was a tiny snaffoo but it was sorted immediately so not worth mentioning.

Location was really good, close to Baker Street tube. Hotel was lovable clean. Lovely bedroom. Big bathroom and we had robes and slippers too which was nice.

Didn’t like the noise coming from the room upstairs. It sounded like elephants were walking about and this was in the early hours so broke our sleep. Maybe ask guests to be mindful of other guests etc.

Lovely town house hotel. Helpful and pleasant staff. Very clean.

The hotel is well located and within walking distance to the local underground station, Marylebone Registry Office, Oxford Street and many restaurants. The room was well appointed and the bed extremely comfortable after a long day exploring the sights.

It would have been nice to have had a wider choice for breakfast as the Continental Selection was a bit uninspiring.

Easy check-in, helpful staff, great location, lovely room with lots of facilities and comfort.

We were on the top floor which was fine for us but there is no lift so for anyone with mobility issues, make sure to request a room on a lower floor. No fridge even though it was a deluxe room.
