Not really if anything it is the lighting system, no night light available, the bedside lights angle are too high, and too bright to turn on during night.

Huge hotel not far from the Piccadilly line station Hammersmith, so, easy to reach from the airport Heathrow and from town, by underground and by bus (27). Reception staff friendly (big thank you to Ioannis). The products in the minibar were free of charge, which is extraordinary.

The beds were a bit too soft. Hammersmith is just at the limit of being too far outside of town. The hotel's style is practical, but not too charming. Since it is a huge hotel, you might have to queue at the lifts at certain moments. Long corridors.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel London West! The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideally located, making it perfect for both business and leisure. A special thanks to Alex at reception, who was incredibly welcoming and professional—he made check-in smooth and went out of his way to ensure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude truly made a great first impression. Highly recommended!

Limited variety of hala food (protein) in the breakfast. The toilet’s door in the rooms is not comfortable. We need more privacy in the toilet.

A good stay and a full service hotel that’s in need of an update. Nothing wrong here just a bit dated. Rooms are good sized and the beds and bedding comfortable, soft. The bathroom is good sized as well but the amount of caulk and over painting reveals some of the wear. The WiFi is great and for me my room had a view of London skyline and it was nice. Everything about the hotel feels late early 2000s. Golden Oak laminate in the rooms. The bar is staffed with talented, friendly mixologists and everyone is service oriented. Nothing wrong here. The rates were good for the location.

No ice buckets in the rooms but ice machines on the floor made no sense to me. Two lobbies (Ground floor and 1) was a little strange and confusing.

The breakfast was excellent. There was a great choice and the food was tasty. The selection was constantly replenished when items ran out. The room was nice and quiet and the bed comfortable.

The lifts were a bit slow and clunky and we didn't like the way we had to go up in a lift to get to the reception when entering the hotel. It gave a poor first impression but we quickly got over that and it didn't really matter in the end as everything else was very good.

The hotel is a great hotel, aesthetic wise it’s beautiful, location wise for what we needed it was spot on (Final Fantasy concert in the Eventim) and located round lovely pubs and places to eat (even as a vegan) the rooms were big and clean and very very nice. Staff were friendly but one girl in Particular gave us the plasters form her bag for one persons very badly cut feet as the first aid kid was empty, appreciate she likely needed them wearing heels and standing all day so thank you so much!

I would say the only thing I did not like though this is purely to be honest and is not fair maybe to some. We had planned on using the restaurant for our stay and then we got informed a few days before it was closed and we were really looking forward to using the hotel restaurant as we had an autistic member who had studied the menu and knew what they wanted and then we had to rethink so close but that’s just one of them things I suppose.

Friendly helpful staff, we arrived early for check-in and they held our bags for us. The room was spacious - there were 3 of us - two good sized single beds and sofa bed which was good size and comfortable. There were 3 sets off towels in the room and a bottle of water. Good sized bathroom with lovely hot shower. We had an excellent dinner in the restaurant and again friendly helpful staff. We were attending the Queen's WTA tennis so it was a great location for that - 5-6 minute walk, it's on the Piccadilly line. It was excellent value.

There was nothing not to like.

We were met with a very friendly desk lady who took the time to say hello and chat with my 7 year old son asking him about his day, she then went to get a children's welcome pack from a draw and included a tiger mask as he was wearing a tiger T shirt. He was chuffed with this. She offered him use of the sweets trolley all free of charge. We were made to feel very welcome. There was plenty of tea and coffee, some hotels only put enough for one cup but the room was well stocked and there was some chilled water in the fridge.

The only thing was the windows, we like fresh air with windows open but the windows would work themselves shut. I had to use a spoon from the tea and coffee set to hold the window open. I understand they cant open all the way for safety reasons but they could at least latch in the open position.

We stayed for one night as we were attending a concert at the Eventim Apollo. The Novotel is perfectly situated for this, being less than 10 minutes stroll from the venue and only 5 minutes from Hammersmith Station. Although we didn't drive into town on this occasion, we did take a look at the onsite underground car parking which seemed fine albeit with very low headroom. At £1.50 per hour for hotel guests, it's pretty reasonable for London. We will probably drive in next time. The room was clean, comfortable and well equipped. The check in was quick, easy and friendly. The whole vibe was very comfortable and better than we were expecting from a big chain. We would certainly come back again.

The rooms are spacious and nice, breakfast was good, Location is the best!! Next to the underground station and lots of shops and restaurants. The staff are super nice and helpful. The area is safe and quiet

The check in time is late 3 pm, it can be very inconvenient especially when you come in from an early flight, however the staff were super friendly and cooperative. My biggest disappointment was the housekeeping services, I’d leave early morning and come at around 3.30 or 4 and the room is still not cleaned?? Dirty spoons and cups are stay put and not washed or cleaned, didn’t get clean towels! that’d be my main points, other than that I really enjoyed my stay
