Dear Radisson Blu Team, I would like to extend my heartfelt thanks to all the staff for their outstanding service during our stay. I truly loved the hotel and will definitely be booking again the next time I visit London. A special thank you goes to two wonderful members of the reception team—Francesca and another lovely staff member whose name, unfortunately, I can’t recall. Both were exceptionally kind and thoughtful, even leaving some welcoming snacks in our room, which made us feel right at home. Our stay was incredibly comfortable, smooth, and warm. Everything was just perfect. I only have a couple of small suggestions regarding the bathroom—the showerhead was fixed high up, and I personally prefer a handheld option for easier use. Additionally, the room was a bit compact, but I understand that’s quite standard for hotels in the UK. Regardless, it worked well for me and my sisters—we’re used to cozying up, even joking that we sleep on top of each other! I’d also like to send my warmest regards to Mr. Yousuf, who kindly assisted us with loading our oversized luggage into the car. His cheerful attitude and friendly smile truly lifted our spirits, especially as we were sad to be leaving London. The location is both convenient and quiet. We had a room with a balcony, which was wonderful. In fact, given the width of the hallways, the rooms are quite spacious—the bathroom has a tub. We had a room with a sofa bed for 3rd person, and all linens were comfy with polite and competent housekeeping. The refrigerator is a good size. We did not use the in room coffee service or the television. The breakfast is expansive and food is plentiful and delicious, with many buffet choices. Great location for walking and nearby public transportation. Taxi service is also responsive. Hyde Park and Mayfair, as well as diverse shopping areas are all nearby. We walked as far as West End theaters, St. James Place and Trafalgar Square, as well as Buckingham Palace, the British Museum, Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Royal Albert Hall, and the Natural History Museum. We took a cab to/from Heathrow because you have to change from the train to a bus. Part of my stay was to attend a conference at the JW Marriott Grosvenor House, and this location was convenient and affordable without sacrificing luxury. It was my first trip to London and I would visit again and stay here. I have stayed at Radisson’s in several European countries and this one was one of the best-staffed. The communications prior made me feel appreciated for my business, and we were warmly welcomed and staff considered it their job to make our stay enjoyable.

Unfortunately guests on floors above us without balconies; stood at their window railing smoking and dropping their cigarette butts. Once someone even dropped a snuff can! It is nice that the location is quiet enough to open windows for sleeping with fresh air, but remember to close in the early morning if you don’t want to smell smoke. Dinner is not served on Sunday, but the JW Marriott Grosvenor House does serve dinner and is a short walk away.

Location was excellent. In walking distance of Hyde Park and 2 minutes away from Marble Arch underground station. Lots of retail stores in walking distance. Felt very safe in the area. Staff were very kind and the cleanliness was exceptional. The bathroom was a nice size and had lots of fresh towels, toiletries, cotton wipes and buds. Will definitely stay here the next time I visit London!

No problems at all, only that the toilet seemed like it was blocking at times. We found you had to hold the flush button until everything was gone. Very minor issue so we didn’t even feel the need to bring it to the staffs attention.

The location is outstanding and the price for the location decent.

There’s nothing that surprised me about the property. You should be aware that the hotel rooms are significantly smaller than you might be used to coming from the US or the GCC. However, they were clean well kept and served my purpose well. If you go there and complain about the size of the rooms, you actually haven’t done your homework and that’s on you.

Very nice staff, attentive and polite. Good hotel location - a little way still from Bond Street tube station but hotel just off Oxford Street (only a couple of mins away from a big Primark). Selfridges and also some great food halls are just a short walk. Nice clean room and bathroom was compact but had nice toiletries and towels. Wardrobe also had a light inside which was helpful when getting dressed. Hotel happy to store bags/suitcases after check-out, which was very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

location is brilliant its within walking distance to a variety of shops bars and restaurants and with in walking distance to the tube station, speakers corner and winter wonderland are also a short walk away. The room was cosy and the bed was very comfortable. There was maid service every day.

The lifts took a while as there only seemed to be one and there wasnt much of a view from the room however i didnt expect a great view as its London. We didnt eat in the hotel so cant comment on the food.

Location was excellent. Very close to everything. My room was a single deluxe. The room was tiny. No room for my laptop setup except on the windowsill. Room was on ground floor and was quiet. But I had to be let into the hallway area by staff key fob every time I came home. Not ideal. Gym is just as small. Room for 1 maybe 2 people. But it was enough for a 30 minute workout.
