The location is wonderful except that it is on a pedestrian only area and it was difficult to find at first and we had to walk around with our luggage, trying to find it.

The fact that the website doesn't mention it is on a pedestrian only area so our Uber couldn't drop us off at the front door and we had to make our way through crowds with our luggage.

Excellent location and great price considering. Comfortable bed and friendly staff. Two tiny points to consider but it wouldn't stop me staying again

Couldn't spot anywhere to hang clothing, in particular just a coat hook. It had been raining so we needed to hang our coats to dry, the only place to do so was above the desk. This meant the kettle etc was getting wet from the drips. Not the end of the world and would have been fine if not for the rain. Also the shower is built into a wall where the ceiling dips, this prevented the door from opening fully. It was a bit of a squeeze to get in.

Location was great and even though we were at Leicester Square, there was no noise and we had a great nights sleep. Room was perfectly set up, bathroom was great, service was excellent. Clean, friendly, informal but professional - all in all, for a central London stay, in such an iconic location, really, really good...

Frankly, happy with what we got. Will stay there again...

The beds are very comfortable, the hotel is quite 👍 BUT

You can access to your room only at 3pm or it’s 50£ extra!!! They charged to keep your luggage 15£ per bag!!! They are trying to get more money from any service that is supposed to be free and that’s why I will not come back.

I like everything about this room. The shower was spectacular a rainforest shower with a handheld. The room was attractive. We had a corner room. The view was of the Lester Square. Plenty of light in the room but curtains to pull over if you wanted to cut it out. The TV was a good size. Plenty of USB ports plenty of lighting. Bed was comfortable. They gave us an extra bed for my daughter.

It did tend to be noisy outside at night. It’s a very popular location. One thing that was bad for me was there were three stairs from the main floor in our room to the bathroom. I have bad knees and it made it hard for me. Probably wouldn’t bother anyone else.

Sink gets clogged a bit to fast. Everything else was exceptional.

The young man Dhruv attending to the Breakfast was exceptionally helpful, friendly and professional, he made it easier to go for Breakfast. He jumped into action to make the coffees when the one of the machines was not working. Aparna at the reception was friendly as well. The room was clean and above all a great location right in the middle of everything you can think of and very close to all London attractions.

There was no Chair in the bedroom, this should be considered for every room, i know this wasn't the case both room. The first one the sink wasn't working and we had to wait for good hour to be moved to another room which also doesn't have a chair, this can be challenging for someone with mobility restriction.

A lovely hotel, very comfort and clean room, and the price is amazing for what you get. The best of our stay is the location, above the chinatown, very close to the SoHo. all the big attraction like the Big Ben and London Eye is in walking area. In the middle of all the night life, like theaters cinemas and bars. (Also there was a premier to Marvels movie just below our room so we watched from the room that was amazing). The room is sealed and quiet (a double window), and the facilities made to our expectations. There is a lot of underground stations near the hotel so you can reach fast to everywhere in the city. There was very good attitude, we came Earlier to the hotel, and they made to get us a room immediately. I will definitely come back!

The breakfast is little expensive, We preferred to eat outside, but we came prepared for this. Anyway the breakfast looks good and satisfying.

The location is phenomenal. We often stay in Soho and decided to try a new location. Leister Square is in the middle of everything which was great. Also nice if you're seeing any shows because you can walk to many of the West End Theaters. The room was very clean, nice beds, and plenty of space. The room is big compared to many other downtown London hotels we've been to.

Some of the staff was nice enough but others were not. On check in the staff member informed us that although our room was ready we were not allowed to go into it until check in time unless we pay for early check in. I have never experienced this before. The fee is usually if the hotel has to do additional work to accommodate an early check in. They chose to have our room ready early (we're talking a few hours not 6 am), informed us of this, and then had the audacity to ask us to pay to use it right away. Not the kind of interaction I expect at this level of hotel.
