Staff was very friendly and professional. I wish though as a Hilton club member and chronic Waldorf stayer, an upgrade would have been offered with better view but can´t complain really We were extremely happy with car parking service - car was waiting for us upon departure with all luggage nicely put in place. Really helpful especially for women:)

better view - Bikini / Zoo Palast as preferred view evening routine / prep for sleep ritual was skipped. Normally Ritz, Waldorf or St Regis prepares your room before good night but this time it wasn´t done (maybe generally Waldorf Berlin doesn´t offer it)

The quality of the mattresses, the spa with sauna, the breakfast, the kindness of the staff.

The day before our departure, I contacted the guest service to request breakfast in our room at 6:30 AM, as we had to leave by 7:00 AM. I was politely informed that it was not possible before 7:00 AM. Breakfast was included, and for a five-star hotel of this class…

Really great hotel, even the smallest room is larger than some people's apartment, the bathroom could be a spa in it's own, the bath tub is large enough to have a couple taking a romantic bath without even touching, the walk-in shower (both present) is somewhere you never want to leave, the spa is quite nice. The terrace with the bar has an amazing view. The location is great. If you get a good rate (switch around the dates a bit, the difference can be couple hundred Euros!) this is actually a better deal than most expensive hotels with super tiny rooms in cities like Barcelona.

The breakfast is overpriced. Before 2020 they used to have a-la-carte breakfast and buffet, the breakfast buffet now costs an enormous amount of money for a VERY small buffet, that does not even offer much. I was disappointed because I remembered how exquisite it used to be. You are much better off just taking your money and go to the fancy all-day Breakfast/Brunch places right outside the hotel (Spreegold, Benedict, ...)

The hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants, but not walking distance to the main sightseeing area. The services are Waldorf level, the size of the suite was impressive, good quality amenities, a nice little spa and pool.

The hotel is visibly outdated and feels oldfashioned (very visible wear signs and old style in room furniture, common spaces furniture, breakfast salon). Compared to new or newly refurbished hotels, it feels like the price and brand standards are not really met at the expected level.

The hotel is always very well-maintained. The Staff very professional and attentive. Especially in the Breakfast room. The position is excellent, close to the stores and the Metro.

To my surprise they did not do the night turndown service as in the past (unless you now specifically ask, I found out later). Just a small detail...

Location is fantastic, beautiful property, very posh in every way.

The breakfast staff were very slow and we were greeted by a staff member with a dirty plate and had to wait more than 5 minutes to be seated. Overall pretty slow for coffee etc. The 6th floor bar had the strangest music I have ever heard. Kind of like middle eastern meets enigma.

Absolutely everything . I will definitely stay there again

Wanted to go to one of the 2 bars 1 , the rooftop ,was closed due to bad weather ( raining 🌧) The other one was just closed 🤷‍♂️

This is a fantastic hotel in a great part of Berlin. I was here in December and the Christmas market was just outside - lovely! The room was immaculate with nice views across the city.

I can't think of anything that was bad or went wrong. It's not cheap, but this is reasonable value for a hotel of this standard.

Breakfast was good, although it would be nice to be able to make one's own coffee with the buffet. The location was convenient for us. The bar had a great vibe. Cocktails took way too long to make - problem with either the number of bartenders or systems. Pleasant staff. Nice room.

The staff was very professional. The room was very comfortable. The room service was good, too. Breakfast was exceeding my expectations.

The access to the pool was not free of charge.
