Good central location, yet very quiet at night. Very clean.

The bathroom was a little odd, very small with sliding glass inner walls to create a shower space across the door. Other than that the room was fine. I must say that I didn’t like getting so many automated emails from the hotel, they seem to want to remove my contact with their staff. Maybe that’s a plus in some hotels but it really wasn’t necessary and I’d rather speak to staff than fill in online registration and checkout out forms!

Location, breakfast, comfort are all great value for the money. The staff is effective and professional, especially one of the female Concierges/frontdesk, which showed great range in terms of spoken languages, was nice and professional.

Cleaning service never swapped our towels for the duration. The room was clean, but not spotless every time. One of the female Concierges/frontdesk wasn't very nice, she seemed annoyed by having to do the work.

Nice freshly decorated hotel. Rooms small but tidy and fresh. Bed comfortable. Well soundproofed re street noise but some noise from other guests in corridors. Very helpful and friendly staff. 24 hour check in. 2 minute walk to main squares and cathedral. Car parking at underground carpark 3 minute walk away. Would usually cost €30 a day but staff give you a QR code to get 50% off that.

Not well sound proofed re corridor noise and bathroom door was glass so couldn't block out street lighting making for a more broken sleep than usual.

Rooms are clean and everything was as expected. All point of interests and restaurants are located nearby.

The window in our room was to the busy streets, so it was a little bit noisy. The nearest parking is a little bit distant from the hotel: we had to walk from it with our luggage to the hotel on cobblestone-paved streets. The guests of hotel have a discount for parking, but we had an issue with our parking ticket (it was not readable to apply the discount in the hotel). As a result we had a complex conversation in German (which is not our native language) with a parking support which can't solve our problem from the first call - they can't understood us - and we had to return back to the hotel and ask help on the welcome desk. Luckily our problem was solved and we did not have to pay extra money for the parking.

The location is really phenomenal. It is so convenient to food and sights. The room was so spacious. I could never have imagined all the space. The beds were comfortable, the shower was heavenly and we all had enough space to enjoy the visit.

I loved the property, the staff, the location and the room. The roads were hard on our luggage and there was construction that messed with our maps app but neither of those are a result of anything the hotel can handle. Those minor items are so minute when you consider the stay you can have at this hotel.

Staff on the front desk were excellent, very friendly and helpful - especially Dani. The location was perfect, we were within 5-15 minutes walk of everything! A Christmas market remained into the new year in the square beside our hotel. For new years eve, we crossed the bridge using the tram (as it was closed for pedestrians) as suggested by the front desk staff and watched the fireworks beside the river, it was perfect!

The pillow was uncomfortable, like a giant square that you had to double over to give your head support. To get to the hotel you have to pass through narrow alleys from the main pedestrian streets which were dark at night.

The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Bed was comfortable with a lovely bathroom (great shower!). The hotel is tucked away in a quiet courtyard but well located to plenty of restaurants and bars.

We stayed during very hot weather and disappointed to find that the air con wasn’t working. Woke up in a pool of sweat during the night so went to reception to enquire about the air con where I was told it was broken. I managed to get a fan so it wasn’t too bad. Hopefully this is fixed before next summer!

We had a double room with a balcony, the beds were really comfortable and the bathroom was really nice. The room had everything we needed, and had enough storage space for luggage and clothes. The balcony was small but a really nice addition. The location was really good, right in the old town, very close to lots of bars and restaurants, and only around 10 mins to the Cathedral and train station.

We were greeted by very helpful and friendly staff who explained places of interest nearby and answered all our questions, really excellent service! The location was right in the centre with plenty of eateries nearby including Xmas market. The room was clean and properly insulated. The shower was really good as well. We used sauna within the hotel which was clean and very well maintained. We are really grateful for the service received and will definitely book again should we visit Cologne again.

Showeroom (not shower space) was on the small side but not complaining.

Mai at the front desk was amazing. Our stay from start to finish was wonderful. Breakfast was fresh and delicious. Location was perfect to the Convention hall and the rooms were clean and comfortable

The only small issue was that the noise at night from the partying in the restaurant or club nearby was loud. But it was alot of laughter so that was a positive as well.
