We were attending an event at Olympiaworld, and this hotel is directly across the street. Good tram service on the J and M lines, with stops near the hotel, made it easy to visit attractions in the old city.

We visited Innsbruck during a very hot period and the air conditioning functioned poorly. Our room faced a very busy street so we were unable to leave the window open. It got uncomfortably warm in the room. Also, there are no restaurants or grocery stores right near the hotel.

Hotel is gorgeous and rooms are modern and clean. We had a late check in without any problems. The bed is so so comfortable. Also, the view from the hotel is amazing. Loved it. Breakfast is varied and you can choose from million options.

We were woken up by a kid playing with ball at one floor above us at 7am on Sunday. After we called reception it stopped for about 10 minutes and then it continued. Luckily we had to continue our trip and get up or this would be very annoying. The staff was great about it and helped as much as they could.

All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has great views of the surrounding mountains. The breakfast is great also dinner is very good. Will be staying there again for sure great hotel, also worth mentioning that a coach pulls up outside every morning, which takes you to all the ski areas you may have to change coach once depends which resort yiu want to go to, this is free if you stay at the hotel so great service and great value for money

The front desk people especially the person that checked us in was exceptionally nice. Many thanks to her, even though I was tired when coming in she made me less tired. Also, the welcome cards are available if you stay for more than 2days, which is really one of the reasons you should stay here! The room were very clean, had a kettle(with some tee and coffee), nice TV, very comfy beds, nice shower room!! Nice connection to the bus stop also!

I loved the receptionist. She was an elderly lady and was very very kind and humble. I couldn't meet her before I left, but please let her know that I am very thankful to her. If you don't mind please share this message with her and let her know that we would love to welcome her to India.

Nothing at all. It was all perfect.

The hotel room was very clean. The breakfast was lovely and the staff is very friendly.

The minus points are the tv that serves only cable channels, no Netflix or any internet app. The WiFi was very low quality, multiple times it took ages for my phone to get internet connection. The bathroom dispensers need a double check as our room had no hand soap when we entered the room.

It was very clean, bright and airy. The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Despite it being a busy Sunday night, there was only one person working on the bar and taking food orders. Due to this, the kitchen was closed early and we were not able to get a meal.

View out of the hotel room was brilliant.. and even if you dont get this.. the breakfast area has the most amazing view. You should be able to go here even without getting the breakfast.

Location was just far from the train station that it was a long trek in the middle of the night, would recommend taking a bus instead. The timings for the breakfast had changed, but we were given the wrong timings.. when we showed up late, we were literally scolded by the head staff at the hotel, which was quite rude bordering on racism. To be fair they compensated us by only charging for one breakfast when we complained.

Lovely staff, beautiful views. Lifts don’t hang about as my partner learnt at breakfast time and ended up going on his own little trip to every floor while we waited on the ground floor which made one of our funniest memories of the roadtrip. Was a shame we didn’t spend more time here as the hotel was lovely

Its location, the views from the 11th floor restaurant at breakfast, which was also excellent. The staff were all very welcoming , friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and well equipped
