It is a good looking property, well maintained and has great attentive staff. We used the complimentary bikes to cruise around Canmore parks and down by the Bow River. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi was a nice feature we enjoyed. There is also an onsite concierge who you can walk right up up to in the lobby and ask questions of and even purchase tickets to things from. They have nepresso machines in the rooms, and will gladly give you extra coffee pods at the front desk or you can call for some. A really great comfortable stay, I feel pampered and a bit spoiled for my travels! Rooms have balcony’s which is always nice to have and sit outside with a great Mountain View. You won’t be disappointed, it’s a great place to stay.

I can’t think of a single complaint.

I stayed with my wife for 4 nights. This is my first time in the Canmore area and I was careful about choosing the accommodation, but I was worried because I only saw pictures of it, but that was my wrong idea. First of all, the cleanliness of the accommodation is above normal. It was perfectly cleaned and the view from the mountain view room was so nice. The kindness of the front staff and the cleanliness of the pool were also perfect. No need to see any other hotels. I will visit again next time. It was a perfect trip.

View from our room vastly exceeded expectation and was worth the cost of the trip all by itself. Room was immaculate. Fantastic coffee at The Pulse (in house cafe). Approximately five minute walk to middle of Canmore. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. In-house restaurant was comfortable and food was very good. Can see the creek bed and sometimes elk from the restaurant windows.

Hotel parking is limited. Under-hotel lot is difficult to maneuver when full.

We loved the room layout. The bed was very comfortable. The pool and hot tub were easily accessible and had amazing views! The restaurant on the main floor was so delicious and readily available. We would stay again and again! The outdoor walking path with wildlife was great and parking garage was so convenient!! Great clean hotel with great service! We would stay again in a heart beat!! Thank you so much for an outstanding experience!

We had an amazing stay, the location is very hard to beat right in Canmore! It was a perfect base for exploring both the Rockies and the Kananaskis. The pool was a lovely bonus especially the views out to the mountains and great to come back to after a day exploring! The fire pit area was shut off for a lot of our stay due to private functions (lots of weddings, which is expected at a luxury hotel through summer!) but we didn’t feel we missed out as we could sit out at the pool, terrace bar or on our balcony. Nice restaurant and coffee shop on site. Secure underground parking included in the price was a bonus too as we had to pay extra for that in some hotels on our trip. It isn’t cheap but we felt we got value for money compared to other hotels around the national parks.

The room was spacious and clean. The pool was nice and warm and the hot tubs were a perfect temperature. All the various Christmas trees in the hotel were a nice touch and the Christmas movie room was a special addition for the holiday season. The staff were excellent and the location was perfect. Best view of any hotel in the town.

The price of the hotel was a little exorbitant. Including a mandatory resort tax to a hotel invoice is just another way to add more cost to a guest's final bill. It's not a resort, it's a hotel.

Pool, location, breakfast choice, quality of room

Location of room (248) had workers coming out and walking past your room/patio every two minutes, very off putting and not private, making me not want to sit outside or even on the bed next to the patio doors. Service in the restaurant was also quite poor, stood waiting to be seated for breakfast when I could hear people talking, had to go look for staff.

The location was fantastic with stunning views, both out our room window and over the pool. It was great to have free parking and be able to walk all of our Canmore. The concierge Danielle was instrumental in helping us plan our days and really listen to the kinds of things we wanted to do. Loved the super soft robes and the good coffee in our room.

What a stay! Insane views, really cosy walk at the river right next to the hotel and walking distance from Canmore shopping area without the crowd at the hotel neighbourhood..Food and service was perfect, accomodation is as good as new and very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend this as your perfect stay in Banff region!

Property was very quiet but still within easy walking distance of the centre of Canmore… Room was really comfortable with spectacular views overlooking the mountains… Pool and hot tubs were always very clean and serviced regularly for refreshments… All the staff were very friendly and helpful when needed…
