We have stayed at this property several times, the staff have always been excellent. The rooms are clean and the temperature control is good. Very nice to have to breakfast available.

Somewhat disappointed that the elevator was out of service and there didn't seem to be a time line for getting it repaired. We were there for two days in the middle of the week, so getting a repairperson there shouldn't have been much of an issue. Also, while the room was clean, a few parts are getting tired looking, eg bathroom sink starting to look rusty around the drain. Also disappointed that there was no raisin bran for breakfast.

The staff was absolutely incredible and a delight to talk to. They were so incredibly nice. Like the nicest staff ever.

I’d love to see a meat option for breakfast, like bacon or sausages. Great fantastic spread with pancakes and juices and yogurts and muffins, but Unfortunately all I could eat was the hard boiled eggs due to being unable to eat carbs or sugar. But that’s my fault not the hotels, I’m just trying to be honest.

Mattress was very comfy, lots of TV channels, very good wifi, large room, full pantry fitout including cooking hob!! Everthing was working well and in good condition, very clean. Decent breakfast with waffles, toast, cereal, juice etc. Parking is sufficient and close to main entrance, nice restaurant next door, also Safeways and some other shops, rest of retail and restaurants within walking distance. Definitely value for money. Staff are friendly and helpful

Minor point: the shower gel was thick as toothpaste. Had to use the bar of soap instead

Great location. Included breakfast was quite good.

On checkin there was no one at the front desk for ten minutes. Left the room for breakfast the next morning about 8:40 am and returned to our room to find a worker in the bathroom fixing “something”. We had not checked out and all our belongings were in the room. We asked him to leave and he suddenly couldn’t speak English. If that’s the case how does he answer if he knocks?

Very friendly and helpful staff...a big shout out to them. Excellent location, jet pool was relaxing. Had specific parking for Motorcycles and our bike was always within view from lobby.

The shower water would only warm up to a certain point and wouldn't get to a higher temp. Carpets are definitely showing years of use in the rooms.

The hotel was great. For the price we paid it was beyond expectations. Standard breakfast but something everyone liked, beds were comfy, rooms were very clean. The waterslide wasn’t working which would have made it super fun for the kids, but they were okay with the pool and hot tub.

A spacious room, very clean and well appointed. Car parking easy. We extended our stay by an additional night. Staff were very friendly, helpful, professional and courteous. The breakfast included with stay was ample and fresh. Couldn’t have asked for more!! Superb restaurant next door, great meals are very competitive prices! Overall, great value for money! 😊

Great staff. Location was walking distance to what you needed in Castlegar. Pool and the slide was a big hit with the kids!

Rooms were a little dated but nothing bad

we have stayed here before with same results, good location, good staff, clean rooms, nice pool. We will likely be back

The restaurant that is attached was under construction this time around, but we are excited for what they are putting in there

The pool , hot tub and waterslides were so fun for the kids. I enjoyed the breakfast as well. The beds and pillows on the beds were very comfortable.
