Easy access as I am handicapped and can’t do stairs. The ground level was perfect and I was able to park in front of the door to the unit. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I didn’t know that you needed the room key to access the breakfast room and I packed up and left the key in the room before going to breakfast. This meant I had to do extra painful walking to the front desk and then back to the breakfast room.

We liked how close we were to the hospital and the price was good.

It seemed like a quiet place when we checked in around 6pm. We went to eat. Came back settled in to our room and before we went back inside, then people started gathering near our room in camping chairs. Playing music. Singing to it. Thankfully it didn’t last long and it wasn’t loud after I turned our t.v. On. I felt a bit uncomfortable with that situation.

One of the reasons we chose this motel was the free breakfast. Also, the last time we used booking and stayed in a different motel in Kamloops. BUT, breakfast starts at 7 Am. WE leave by 7 Am, so TWICE we missed breakfast. We are older so having breakfast near or at the motel is important. We eat, then we settle our stomachs before we travel on. It dis not happen this time or last time. I know it is an imposition for staff to have an earlier breakfast, but we need it open at 6 AM. We saw other people leaving the motel early so we are not alone.

Staff was very friendly. We made our check-in after midnight without any problem. The beds and, the bathroom were clean. Breakfast was very satisfactory considering the price. During our booking we asked a room on the groundfloor and indeed were given one. Kudos on giving attention to customer requests. It helped us a lot to unload our luggage from our car. There were no junkies around as complained in other reviews and the location was very quiet, but maybe its because we made a very late check-in. The staff was in a very good mood in the morning and made sure everything was in perfect order. All in all it was a very good experience for a stop-over in Kamloops.

Like everyone mentioned in the comments, AC is very loud.

For a one night stop over on our way to Banff this motel ticked what we needed. The lady at check in was great and very helpful. Room wasn’t huge but more than adequate and was very clean with everything we needed. Some of our other accommodation that we paid double for whilst travelling in Canada was not as good as this one. Breakfast was basic and adequate for needs.

Close to the hospital, so expect traffic and siren noise. We got upgraded to a better room, so thanks to the young man ( the one with the beautiful smile 😊) I at the desk who accommodated us. We really appreciated being on the ground floor. It's good value for the money. Breakfast.. not that great.

Exactly what was advertised : good location and price, clean, quiet, well equipped, comfortable bed and the front desk agents were all very nice and helpful ! And little plus, there was a real office chair in the room which I appreciated when I had to work on the computer!

The first room that was given to me had had a smoker before me, but as soon as I asked to change, I got another room that was non smoker

The location was good and the price was reasonable.

The hot water in the room was only warm. The 3 pillows on the bed were extra thin and we prefer medium to thick pillows. The breakfast did not have much to offer for me since I have Celiac. I could only choose from 3 dry cereals and coffee. The lighting was extremely low in the room and the curtains were blackout with nothing else so since we were on the first floor we either had clsed curtain or open and watched everone walk by our room occasionally looking in at us. This made us feel vulnerable. A shear curtain would add a lot of light to the room yet giving privacy.

Property was off the highway so it was fairly quiet. There was ample parking available and they were able to accommodate our small trailer. This property is close to Denny’s for a quick affordable meal. The staff were exceptional…when I asked about turning on the fan on the air conditioner, I was informed they had been manually turned off as it wasn’t hot enough to have them running. When I explained I only wanted the fan running, the fellow at the front desk went out back and brought me out a fan to use for the night. The fan worked perfectly and along with the comfy king-sized bed(free upgrade) my sleep that night was perfect!

The property was a little outdated but clean and functional and reasonably priced.

Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Quiet rooms with nice touches.

Breakfast was served too late for me. (I had to leave at 6:45; breakfast was at 7) The tv remote did not work. The tub was not wiped down well and there was no plug to have a bath.
