Very friendly room service, clean room, wonderful thick bath towels, soap, shampoo, and hand cream with nice rose scent, nice bath robes were provided, hair dryer, good food at breakfast, nice gym, beautiful large windows which let in wonderful sun light, nice black out curtains to use at night time, umbrellas were available for rainy weather. There were enough clothes hangers. Overall it was a wonderful stay.

Mattress on bed felt higher at bottom end of bed, hollow in middle, comforter was soiled (hidden from view by being turned upside down on the bed), plug in bath tub leaked water when I tried to take a bath. Forced to use shower option. I got sick from hot meal served at hotel’s restaurant on Wednesday night (March 5th, 2025). The beef stew might have been prepared earlier and not heated enough before serving, because I became very sick and bloated with cramps right after the meal. Recovered by the next morning, but I skipped further evening meals at the hotel’s restaurant. Breakfasts at the hotel were excellent though.

Facilities were great, bar on the main level was perfect; great drinks and live music on the weekends. The fitness center and hot tub were also nice, the heated pool was a little cooler for the winter months than we were hoping but still a nice option to have. One thing I wish they had was a sauna and steam room. The lady checking us in tricked us and said there was one when we asked so when we got to the pool area we were slightly disappointed. The location is nice because you can easily walk to Gastown and you have easy access to the waterfront. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms are very spacious.

The rooms felt a little dated regarding finishes and technology. No outlets to plug in devices by the bed. Everything else was in working condition.

Location. Pool, gym - easily accessible. Clean and smart rooms (three of us had two connecting rooms / suite).

Breakfast - option between a la carte and a la carte plus buffet…. We only needed buffet so ended up selecting a limited number of ‘sides’. One of four lifts was out of service hence longish waits. Very busy most days for cruise departures / arrivals. A downside of its location! One morning there was a 15+ minute wait to get seated at breakfast.

We got upgraded to a Harbor View room and it was gorgeous! The location is perfect to stay in the night before a cruise. It is right across the street from the cruise terminal. You can watch the cruise ships and other boats come and go before you board your own. For a very special treat, order room service breakfast and eat in front of your window before you leave. The food was delicious, and my spouse and I are vegans and all the vegan menu options were clearly marked and we had very nice choices.

Were cruising to alaska when we checked in, Overall experience with hotel amenities are very good. What stands out is the services of this hotel for picking up our luggage and bringing it straight to our cruise ship room on the day of embarkation. Me and my Wife was so delighted, we walked in to the cruise ship with a small backpack and my wife’s small hand bag.

There were some minor downsides but obviously, it doesn’t involve the property/hotel

Everything about the property was wonderful! We were welcomed with a Prosecco upon arrival in the bedroom, it was very spacious, bed was so comfortable, view was the best in the house. The bathroom was so luxurious and clean, water pressure was great, Le Labo products was heavenly. The Gold Experience was totally worth every penny. The staff on Gold floor; Fernando and the team were so personalized and amazing! Tony, the housekeeper, went above and beyond, the bell guys were super helpful. Our anniversary stay was so memorable, we couldn’t ask for a better one! Thank you, Fairmont Waterfront!

The location was incredible- Only in a walking distance to Stanley Park. The access to the pool was notable, and the breakfast and poolside pizza was delicious. There was also a lot of beautiful birdlife along the harbour. We will be sure to come again!

The room wasn't luxurious even though we paid for luxury. other than that, it was stunning.

The location is fantastic. On the waterfront and walkable to restaurants, coffee shops, shopping and other downtown attractions. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our room had a city view and it was beautiful. Pool is heated and outside on the 3rd floor, hot tub is inside. Great workout facility as well. It was quiet too. Highly recommended! I would stay here again.

Nothing - The Fairmont is always a great place to stay.

All things considered, this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Amazing location right at the seafront with a great buzz all the time. Out of the hotel and turn leftish and you have the sea front/stanley park area (great on a bike, borrow one from the hotel), lots of food options and great views. Turn right and you head deeper into the city. Rooms were lovely and well equipped, WiFi was perfect and beds very comfy (family room). Gym was also well equipped and I loved the bee garden (and tour). All the staff in the hotel were helpful & efficient. It was a really nice place to be at all times.

Rooftop pool had a sand paper like floor to it, kids both had red and slightly painful feet (still kept going in though) from it.
