Beyond clean throughout, with beautifully and thoughtfully designed rooms. Ours was overlooking the famed Vancouver Art Gallery, a sight for feasting upon arising every morning. Staff were more helpful and respectful than anywhere else I have stayed. Location is central to everything downtown. And everything about the hotel “worked.” The bars, the lounges, and restaurants within the property were the top in every category. The gym was normally empty when attending, perhaps with one or two others present. I did not use the pool, but it looked to draw one in just b/c of the overall design and the glassed-in viewing along the way to the gym.

It would have been marvellous had there been a roof-top attraction or sunning area.

The hotel has old world charm in buckets loads and also has a bar, restaurant, courtyard restaurant, etc. Our room was 609 and it was massive . It had 2 large beds; a good size lounge area; big bathroom and had lovely decor . The staff were incredibly helpful and kind . There is also a brilliant gym and indoor pool . It’s well located to all sights and shopping .

Our first room looked directly in to the courtyard and so had absolutely no privacy . The hotel was happy to rectify this . Room 501. The cupboard space is inadequate for 2 people . And half the hanging space would have been for a child as it had draws underneath it .

The hotel is centrally located, with large signage adorning the building making it easy to locate. The walkability is excellent with high-end shops, restaurants and other sites to enjoy nearby. It is flat and relatively smooth. Clean rooms. Lux bedding and linens. Elegant shower and tub. Well-designed two-sided vanity bathroom. Palatino leather items throughout and the fresh flowers elevate the quality of detail. The Nespresso machine, minibar provisions, and the ever classy Diptych bathing goods all help to heighten this lux posture. The gym is on the smaller side, but, it's well-appointed and cute af.

In-room dining ends at 11p. But the kindness of the staff makes up for it Who is the artist of the chandelier and of the spellbinding artistic piece behind the front desk? If you find out, put it in your update. :)

This was our first stay at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia and we had a fantastic time. We had stayed at the Rosewood Hong Kong before and feel that the service was on par. We arrived in the morning and the team made their best efforts for early check-in and gave us an upgraded room by 12pm. Meanwhile, we got access to the pool/sauna which was perfect after a red-eye flight. The room was great and the bathroom was huge. We really enjoyed all the F&B at the hotel including breakfast at Reflections, drinks at the lobby lounge & Prophecy and the Mother’s Day lunch at HAWKSWORTH. Also the coffee bar was cute. The team was able to give us late checkout at 4pm, giving us more time to relax before our night flight back to Singapore. We also appreciated that the team was very helpful with our abundance of luggage. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back.

If anything I’m allergic to dust so the carpet wasn’t great for my allergies as I had severe runny nose and constant sneezing in the room.

Incredible Stay here, I just had one issue but this was totally outside of the hotels control, the walls are quite thin and the guest in the suite next to me had obviously fallen asleep with their TV on full blast and it was booming through my wall from 3 am till 4 am. The staff were very helpful and persistent in trying to wake the guests, and then also took care of the cocktails I had at the bar the knife prior as a small thank you which went a very long way all in all all of the staff, especially Lazaro at the bar were amazing. This will be the only hotel I stay at in Vancouver going forwards. I only have one disappointment, I was only there for one night and the pool was closed for their staff function so I wasn’t able to use that facility but I have something to look forward to next time!

a very decent view of the City was important in the enjoyment of our stay which was for 6 nights. Centrality of location was critical in allowing us to enjoy many aspects of Vancouver City life and shopping. Partner even managed to get an appointment for the hair. Abundance of good eating opportunities within walking distance, but the food on site was delightful as much as the staff was.

I think some basic instruction might have been good to better understand the working of the integrated lighting system.... I found it confusing, almost as much as managing to get the coffee machine to work.

We always stay here, love this hotel, the lobby, the restaurants / food, the rooms / bathrooms, amenities, location, staff / service. Everything is great and dialled in. It’s a very comfortable home away from home, especially if you have to travel a lot.

My only thing - I wish we could make the rooms cooler for sleep. Seems like the recent renovation saw the installation of those eco-thermostats which keep the temperature locked above a certain point, and kick it back up to a warmer temperature after a certain amount of time. Even if I’d turn the temp down to lowest, leave and hope the room would be cool when I came back, it would be back at 70 degrees when I’d return because of this reset feature.

The staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Room was cleaned and the turn down service were all really nice. Nice products. Beautiful bathroom, shower, used the soaking tub and the bath salts were a nice touch. Enjoyed the in-room coffee in the morning.

The room is not quite as spacious as the photos. Wish there was more room for our suitcases. For such a lux property, one of our suitcases had to be open on the floor, the other on the luggage stand. Very small closet. No drawers to speak of. We were facing the back courtyard (which was under construction, but no noise from there disturbed us). The street seemed loud, so I was glad for that. Do wish that we had some sort of view, however, for such a beautiful city.

The service at the Rosewood was absolutely outstanding. All staff were exceptional and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if in Vancouver. I would particularly like to highlight the concierge who came to my rescue when let down at the very last minute by a pre-booked activity. He managed to save the day with only a 10 minute window to do so! Bed was very comfortable and the room felt inviting and beautifully decorated. The bathroom was sublime. 10 minute walk from most things and subway station a 2 minute walk so perfect location.

The only improvements are very minor but would have been more 1) wardrobe/drawer space for clothes. Its perfectly adequate for a few nights but this was part of a much longer trip for us so found this limited. 2) proper cups for tea drinkers in the room as standard ....not everyone likes coffee. As soon as we asked for them though they appeared.

It was very central. Very stylish and the staff were really friendly. Only stayed 3 nights but wished I had stayed longer to explore more of the hotel.

Our room at first was opposite their beautiful Selections restaurant but as we were suffering from jet lag and needed to sleep it was a little noisy however the next day they moved us to a quieter room.
