Room was a good location and easy to get to places from the hotel, especially because it was raining. Parking staff this time were great.

Shower was not fully clean had a stain on it. I used Lysol wipes to wipe it down. Sink counters were not wiped down well either. The rest of the room was sorted out well and beds clean. Front desk person didn't explain anything. I had to ask if the full charge and deposit was on my card, not sure why he omitted a lot of it. Didn't even tell us where to park when he said only off the lot was available, had to go back out to ask. Last time front desk welcomed us nicely, told us all our charges and deposit expected to be back by and told us where to go for parking, even directed us to where the elevator was. Luckily we had been there before or we would have been walking around a lot.

Very comfy bed. Spacious room. Good amenities in the bathroom. Clean throughout with staff visibly going around wiping, sweeping and polishing. Also liked the fact that once we parked our car and checked in, there was no more need for our jackets as everything we needed was accessible indoors or via a walkway (ie. OLG Theatre, casino, some food places). Very convenient.

Lack of parking onsite. Had to go across several lanes of traffic to get to the parking lot on the other side of the road.

I had the king suite with the jacuzzi (city view). Things that were great: -spacious corner suite (beside stairwell) -big jacuzzi separate from the washroom (had a water closet for toilet and shower) -very clean -mirror with LED light -specialty coffee (Nespresso) -great view (8th floor) -close to restaurants and the falls/attractions (Taco n Tequila is right across the street and is fast and delicious and great price) -bed was very comfortable with lots of large pillows -can connect to tv via bluetooth -free small bottle of water for the coffeemaker -fast check-in/out process -indoor walkway to connect to the casino so you can go for breakfast without having to take your jacket. Food court is much better value than at the hotel

Things that can be improved: -when you pay this much for a room, parking should be included or drastically reduced. Paying $35 to park across the street per day is excessive as it is not actually in a tourist trap area (ie Clifton Hill area). Parking onsite is $70 which is even more ridiculous as the lot across the street is about a 1 min walk. -can't request late checkout unless you call the morning of - kind of defeats the whole purpose of sleeping in -price of a bottle of water in the gift shop was $5.65 for a litre bottle. We went to Walmart and got a 1.5 gal jug of water for $1.24. That is awful price gouging, and being a local that is saying a lot, especially having worked on Clifton Hill many years ago. -limited restaurants inside and severely overpriced

We had breakfast at the iHop inside the hotel. Breakfast was good but pretty pricey. Spent over $100 for 2 people for 2 mornings. Just had bacon & eggs one morning and then a waffle and French toast the second morning.

We paid $35 per day for offsite parking which is where hotel suggested we park but then when we got to the parking lot the sign only said it was $20 per day. Website photo of the falls from the hotel is deceiving. It’s a nice view but not as good as the pic on website indicates.

Coffee maker Nespresso didn't work, chair in room uncomfortable. Lighting in foyer didn't exist

I recently stayed at Wyndham Fallsview and had a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming,l and friendly. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with a beautiful view that made it even more. The hotel’s location was perfect for exploring the city. I also appreciated the little touches like complimentary coffee in the lobby and the efficient Wi-Fi. Overall, it was an exceptional stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable getaway. I’ll definitely be back!

The room was spacious, and the view amazing! We loved that we could walk to other places nearby via skywalks. Overall a great stay.

Cost of parking - especially as a guest. IHOP in the hotel was not good.

Location is great for OLG concerts! Many area restaurants and inside access to all of them as well as the Casino. Staff were great, checking was fast and efficient. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Parking is way too expensive and inflated for guests. We parked literally across the street for $15. The hotel wanted $50 or $70 for valet...ridiculous, considering the hotel room was $129 a night. Need to do much better there, folks!! Also, TGI Fridays in the hotel lower level... spinach dip, 12 wings, and 1 small draft beer...$72 plus tax and tip....pathetic and robbery!! Total rip off!! Won't go back! Go across the street to Taco and Tequila! Great spot, great service, affordable pricing, and great food and margaritas!! Even better, try Chucks Roadhouse... very affordable!!

The staff (front desk, valet, cleaners) were lovely, helpful, informative and hard working. The room was clean, modern and had a good space. The bed was very comfortable and made sleep a breeze. The hotel's location was perfect with it being so close to the falls, connected to the casino, shops, restaurants, and fun zone.

The only thing I didn't like was whenever I had to be in the lobby (I was there for 3 days so multiple times) it had a very over powering cheap perfume smell that gave me an instant headache. A lot of people such as myself are scent sensitive and maybe should look into not using whatever product that is. Perfumes are actually very bad for the body especially if you have endocrine system problems.

The staff were very attentive and helpful and helped us with the bags that we needed to leave at the hotel before check-in time and look for a cheaper parking space. They were also very helpful with any questions we had.

I made the reservations counting on room service, but although the website said the hotel had it, they didn't. I also saw on the internet that the hotel parking would cost $20/day, but when I got there it was $35/day in the hotel parking lot across the street or $50/day in the parking lot near the entrance. Regarding the pool, I would have liked to have used it, but when I went to see it, the pool is indoors and the temperature was so high that it felt like a sauna. I think they should have set the temperature lower for this time of year (July) because it was very hot outside and I would have liked to have cooled off in the pool.
