I enjoyed it all. Rooms were spacious, clean. Breakfast was great

Too much money for not even 24hours

I did not expect my suite to have so much and I was delighted to find a beautiful desk, a TV that swivels and almost a full kitchen. Excellent accommodation. Bed was beautiful. There was a homeless man who came in at breakfast and the security fellow dealt with it effectively then apologized to all the men at breakfast for the inconvenience- which is out of his control.

The bathroom will need to be upgraded soon. Unfortunately I woke up to 15 cm of snow and there was no covered parking. This made it challenging for a short, older, solo traveller in the accessible spot who had just had surgery.

Location was close to shopping and public transit

Pool did not open u til 8am

This hotel is amazing for the price. We stayed only one night on Valentine's Day. The room was like a little apartment. Very well divided. The furniture was super comfortable and there was a full fridge, microwave, stove top with 2 elelements, a sink and a dishwasher all the dishes needed. There was a huge desk spanning the width of the room and two tvs, one in the bedroom and one in the living room. The bathroom had bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The towels were huge. I mean, I could keep going. We didn't even check out the pool or the weight room, and the breakfast was amazing! Huge selection! Eggs, beans, sliced ham, cereals, baked goods, all the different breads even offering gluten-free options. There was plenty of staff taking care of replenishing the food. There was also an option for underground parking. The hotel is perfectly situated and at the price of 179 per night, it was a steal!

Very nice place, beds were very comfortable

Parking lot was full and there were no signs telling you where to park. The only sign indicated that a private lane led to private parking area below but no signs indicated it was for hotel or hotel property.There is a condo next door so i was wondering if it could have been parking for that place. I arrived late I was tired and driving down a dark lane was not what I wanted to do but finally I drove down to the private parking area. No signs down there either. Lol but it turned out to be the hotel parking overflow.

Convenient, nice size suites

3 weeks after stay, the hotel tried to process another deposit on credit card like they did during our original stay, this was a new pending hold, as the original stay had the pending deposit and was released within 5 business days, this was concerning that the hotel may have had a breach in their system, although they assured me this couldn’t happen when I contacted them.

I liked a room setup, nice furniture, clean carpet, no odor Kitchen is clean, very well equipped, good quality dishes, mugs, glasses, pots, utensils. Good lighting in the rooms, a lot of power outlets. Bedroom is clean, good quality bedding sheets. Bathroom is clean, very nice and clean towels. Good breakfast, good variety of food, large sitting area.

Swimming pool's water didn't look clean. The sink in the room didn't drain very well, just a minor inconvenience. Mattress is good but just a little too soft but still provides a good sleep.

our room was clean and big and very quite even tough it was busy front desk staff was AMAZING AMAZING if i ever find myself in Ottawa I will def stay here again everything near by and smelled clean

the pool was small and dirty on the bottom cleaning staff were very rude not one that we pass were friendly in the elevator or out in the hall they all piled in the elevator and didn't askes if we would like to join just closed the door even tough there was room

The most captivating thing about my stay in this hotel was the expeectional services I received from the team overall, however, I was impressed at the unique, highly professional and exceptional experience received from Baldeep Soodan. This is highly recommendable for a sure promotion or an award by the organisation.

Clean and large room. A full size refrigerator and a medium size kitchen. Good breakfast. Very friendly staffs.

Charged additional $50 + tax for my small dog. I knew there MAY be a fee for pet before I booked the hotel and I understand it is a common policy for most pet friendly hotel. I have stayed with my dog at nearly ten hotels before. This is the first hotel that actually charges the fee.
