The hotel lobby is very nice and appeared neat and modern. The room was clean and tidy, also had new furniture and appliances. The beds were nice and comfortable. We didn't use the pool, didn't really have a time for it. Overall it is a very good experience.

We used a vending machine and it double charged our Credit card. At the first purchase an item didn't come out. My husband asked help from the front desk, but the receptionist said that is not there responsibility, vending machine is the property of the supplying company and we should call them. I totally get it, but we are the guests of your hotel, and the services you are providing at your property is your responsibility, we are not in the contract with your vendors, your hotel is. So, the receptionist should take this step and make an effort to call the vendor. This is not a good customer service in hospitality business. It's not a lot of money, but it's disappointing.

Clean room, nice bed, lovely staff that were very helpful. Place had a small but lovely pool and they provided bath towels as well. Free parking, not too far from the city. We drove, so that was nice to have. After one night we extended our stay for another night and once again staff were really helpful. Would recommend

They really do need to fix their wiring - we had a hair dryer and a coffee machine running at the same time and the lights went in our room. Nobody mentioned that you can't do that.

I like that the room is very clean but mostly I love the huge bathroom in the king size room. The overnight manager is very nice and friendly, and she was polite and super nice. We were chatting while I was checking in and she really made the hotel seem welcoming.

One thing I didn't like was thar the morning manager at the checkout desk who took over constantly has a sour look on her face and considering she is the first person anyone sees, I don't think that's very good for business. She just didn't seem to care when I was speaking with her, but she was rude or anything, it just seemed like she had resting mad face.

Hello, the property was well maintained. The rooms were clean but most importantly I want to highlight the integrity and honesty of the staff including the cleaner of my room. I forgotten my iPad which is a device that I use daily. I’m so grateful I recovered it. Therefore without a doubt I recommend this hotel, not only will you get good service but also peace of mind which is priceless. Thank you again to all the hotel staff that helped me find my device, it filled my heart with immense gratitude.

The room is clean. The bed is very comfortable to sleep. This is good for traveller's.

The wifi is not good. It is very slow most of the time. I would suggest improving it and adding some security settings when guests are connected as we have some personal information to our devices that we need to keep it privately.

It was very clean, and the service was excellent. Comfortable bed and close to everything you would need. There were the services anyone would require in the hotel and a good place to eat just outside the door

The room was a sauna when we got there. To be honest, the room air conditioner although new is way undersized. At full power it took until midnight to cool the room down. The bed is also a double which is pretty undersized as well.

Pool was open the first night and kids had fun. The second night, after touring Ottawa all day, we were looking forward to using the pool but it was closed. I was told to email management to express my concerns and management never got back to me.

Very clean hotel, staff was pleasant.

When we first arrived there was a problem with our door locking..not sure what the problem was. We were told to play with the handle every time we were to leave the room. My husband requested we get another room as we were not comfortable jiggling the handle every time. Also we thought we were getting two Queen beds instead they were Double. Other than that, our stay was comfortable.

Friendly staff, clean facility. Rooms were good, not too small, clean, and comfortable.

I got a room close to the end (1st floor). It was not the hotel fault, but there were some people in the room beside mine, going to the room in front of mine and keep slamming the doors. Then the next morning lots of people started entering from the back door where my room was and everyone let the door go, so early we were awake. Back door slamming, 2 rooms around mine slamming doors.

Internet in my room was not working for about 12 hours. Took longer than expected to restore. Price per night was markedly higher than I have paid to stay there before. Affordability is a key factor in my choice.
