Everything was great, but I have to mention all of the employees who did everything too make our vacation as good as it gets. Food was tasty, drinks were great and everywhere you go it is neat and clean.

It is probably not about resort but just advice for anyone going to Egypt to prepare with taking some probiotics before the trip and also during vacation and to bring some electrolytes or something like that. Although we avoided consuming tap water and mostly came prepared all 4 of us had stomach problems. Wifi should be much better in place that has everything sorted out like this one does

The hotel is beautiful, the food is great and there's a lot of choice, the room was spacious and clean. There are 3 pools, and a beach line which were always clean. Overall, a beautiful hotel, great food and usually very friendly staff.

The taxi service next to reception is a scam. They don't let your Uber drivers in, and try to convince you the Uber drivers are scammers and will rob you. They do that so you cancel your Uber and pay them 10 times the amount for a transfer. Literally they asked 20€ for a trip that costed us 1.5€ with Uber. Don't use them.

As someone who's traveled extensively, I can confidently say that our recent 7-day stay at Serenity Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for a memorable experience. The services at the Sea View Restaurant and Pool Bar were truly outstanding. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, from refreshing drinks by the pool to delicious meals with a breathtaking view of the sea. The high-quality food served during breakfast and dinner at the Sea View Restaurant was worth the upgrade. Our pool and sea view Executive Rooms with a Jacuzzi was the epitome of luxury and comfort. The beautiful landscape and private beach added to the tranquility of our stay. One of the highlights of our trip was the entertainment options available. From volleyball to darts, shuffleboard to ping pong, and even mini golf, there was never a dull moment. The nightly shows featuring live singers, beach parties, fire shows and oriental dancers kept us entertained and impressed. Additionally, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a birthday party organized by the thoughtful staff during my stay. It was a delightful gesture that made my special day even more memorable. The attention to detail and personalized touch truly exemplified the level of care and hospitality at Serenity Hotel. What truly set Serenity Beach Hotel apart was the proactive approach of the general manager. It was refreshing to see someone in their position actively seeking feedback from guests and implementing changes to enhance the guest experience. The perks offered during our stay were a testament to their commitment to ensuring every guest has a memorable stay. In conclusion, Serenity Hotel exceeded all expectations. From the impeccable service to the luxurious amenities and entertainment options, every aspect of our stay was perfect.

Amazing facilities, and I loved the adult swimming pool. The manager was very present and accepting impromptu feedback, great costumer service on front desk.

We tried different restaurants at the resort, and in all, the food lacked quality. Adding to that, I didn't appreciate being constantly bothered by vendors, spa representatives and sea tour sellers while in the pool or at the beach; the point of you staying in a remote resort is to relax and not be constantly bothered like you are in a public beach.

Gorgeous marble building. Beautiful well maintained gardens. Service was amazing throughout the hotel, including in particular, at reception, in the restaurants and bars, and room service. There were lots of hard-working, friendly staff always on hand and helpful, and very quick to attend whatever your need. We stayed in a Deluxe Room with jacuzzi which was huge. The bed was supremely comfortable, with quiet effective air-con, so great sleep assured. It had a wonderful view down the length of the hotel to the Red Sea. We watched the sun-rise over the sea from our balcony each morning at 6.00am - beautiful. The hotel has a short jetty that takes you to the edge of the coral reef where you can see an amazing variety of colourful fish and coral, simply by snorkelling. There's a PADI dive centre right there on the beach, and plenty of boat trips. But to be honest, we were very happy just snorkelling. We also loved the main pool, and alternated between the beach and pool. The daytime animation team will keep you fit with aqua aerobics and other activities if you want them, and the hotel evening entertainment was probably the best we've seen anywhere. There's also a more relaxed pool between the main pool and the beach, and a crazy golf course which we played twice. We ate in the main buffet restaurant in the main block of the hotel, and in the second buffet on the sea-front (the 'Ultra-All-Inclusive' buffet). We enjoyed the locations of both buffet restaurants and the variety of food they offered so much, that we didn't get around to trying the a-la-carte restaurants although there are several you can book if you want to. There's also a snack bar and a drinks bar by the beach, which were very handy!

There are a few shops on-site which are very convenient if you need them, but they are expensive, and we preferred the experience and better value of the bazaars in town. Freshly cooked food was always nice and hot, but it would have been great if the silver chafing dishes could have kept it hotter for longer.

It's a nice place for vacation to get out of work stresses, family-friendly nice stuff , nice facilities, have some unexpected party make the day better

It has a rocky beach, you can't walk in the water barefoot.. It's better to get swimming shoes..

Incredible value for money! The hotel offered endless activities, great food and personalised service, all within the all-inclusive package. We stayed for our 1-year anniversary and the team (especially Mohammed at reception) could not do enough for us. We were upgraded to a lovely large room and to the exclusive beachfront restaurant. The restaurant staff gave us a wonderful anniversary dinner and on other days would make us special vegetarian meals of our choosing. Generally the food was of a very high standard and dessert was always abundant and varied. The pools were fantastic, with plenty of sun loungers and varying levels of noise allowed at each, which was ideal. The entertainment was also some of the best we've seen at a hotel, with pool aerobics in the day and fantastic shows in the evening. There are also shops, shisha, juice bar, a hospital/ pharmacy, spa, crazy golf and an exceptional scuba diving school all within the resort, making the stay super convenient.

One of the main issues we faced was with the room AC - it just didn't seem to cool the room down properly, no matter how many times the engineer would come to try and fix it. The system seems very old and could do with an update! The WiFi was also very patchy throughout our stay and would often cut out, which could be frustrating. Lastly, whilst some restaurant staff were very accommodating with creating special vegetarian options for us, we felt the buffets could have generally been more inclusive of people with dietary requirements.

I recently stayed at Serenity Alpha and had a fantastic experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that we felt welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay. Check in time was very short and in few minutes we were in our rooms. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, which added to our overall comfort. One of the highlights of our stay was the animation team, especially Lou, who went above and beyond to entertain and engage with the guests. Their energy and friendliness made our stay even more enjoyable. The food at Serenity Alpha was amazing, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The Italian restaurant, in particular, was exceptional; the dinner there was a culinary delight that I would highly recommend. Lastly, I would like to extend a special thanks to Mr. Alaa, the General Manager, for his outstanding hospitality and continuous support. His efforts made our stay truly memorable and we are very grateful for his attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, our stay at the hotel was wonderful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and accommodating place to stay.

This hotel offered even more than we expected, we were really-really satisfied, absolutely 5 star experience. The scenery was so beautiful: the Red Sea was visible almost from everywhere, the garden and the buildings created a special atmosphere, which we loved. Friendly staff, the all-inclusive was perfect. Many thanks to the hotel manager, Mohamed!

No big issues, Internet could be stronger, but it was OK. Somehow we had problems with the sleeping, maybe it was because of the mattress but Im not sure. The guys who offered programmes at the pool or beach were pushy sometimes, that was a bit unpleasant but you can handle it.

Very nice and kind staff. Everything is well organized, the all inclusive package it was more than enough for us. The breakfast, lunch and dinner are so delicious, lots of food and beverages are in AI package. We mainly used the relaxing salty pools and it was very good and we can chill out and relax. The coral reef in the hotel beach is amazing, stunning with a lots of different colourful fishes and live corals. I reccomend this hotel very much if you would like to stay in a nice place like a king:-)
