Breakfast was amazing as usual! The omelet station chef prepared the best omelet I've ever had, and that includes cruise ships and restaurants! All the staff throughout the hotel was exceptional!

The room I stayed in my last trip had a very noisy A/C which interrupted my sleep. I've stayed at this hotel before in other rooms and did not experience this issue. I did not bother to report the issue to the staff, as I only spent one night here; It will not affect my intentions to book here again. The rest of the hotel is exceptional!

The rooms were very nice and the location to Busch Gardens was great.

The lady at reception when we checked in couldn't find our reservation and kept saying needed confirmation from hotel and not Booking. com. I often use Booking to reserve rooms and have never had this problem. The rest of the staff we had contact with were great! The other thing is the breakfast buffet was a little lacking. I have stayed at Embassy Suites often and always think the breakfast are very good. Would have liked a larger variety of fruits and the made to order eggs/omelets not too good.

The breakfast was very good and the,staff hard working and efficient. The hotel is conveniently located to Busch Gardens and the shuttle to the park eliminates the expense and hassle of parking. Matt, the driver, is excellent & works,with you to coordinate drop off & pick up. The pool area was nice and bigger than the pictures. The suite rooms are big and good for families. The microwave & fridge are a bonus. I've stayed here before & will stay again.

The front desk staff was hit or miss, we had problems at check in. Our room was hot, musty & smelly. The AC hadn't been turned on.The associate was completely unsympathetic and flatly declared there was no other room. Fortunately the maintenance man was so efficient and got the unit working . The smell faded but never went away. Several front desk people were helpful with the,shuttle etc others were totally disinterested . One elevator never worked during our 3 day stay.

Outstanding staff from reception to bar in terms of immediate service and hospitable attitude. Room accessibility & amenities; bathroom water temp & lighting, included breakfast variety. Of our group of about 30 people, all but 2 were pleased with this hotel.

Lack of room price availability/transparency; hotel source itself would not match Booking.com, Expedia, Priceline or similar service quotes; each service offered different rates; persons in same party paid from $400 to $175 per night for same type rooms and amenities. This situation may have depended on when reservations were made. Three elevators insufficient for hotel this size when it is nearly full - though in fairness had to wait only about 30% of time for another car and stay was during Spring Break.

Spacious, attractive hotel w/ a huge central courtyard w/ attractive plants and fountains. Friendly staff, ample parking, big hot and cold breakfast buffet. Room was large too w/ good views. Big fitness room. Close to Busch Gardens.

When 4 people are in a room please give 4 sets of towels! Hotels tend not to do that automatically. Also our kids slept in the front room (fold-out couch) but we had to run the fan all night b/c there was so much noise from the central atrium; better sound control at the room door would help!

Very close to the college and was there for graduation .. having a breakfast and also dining for dinner and the bartender was amazing

No lunch option and shuttles should go farther than they do and especially an airport shuttle would be great and it was freezing cold in lobby and rooms and could not control temp in room had to shut off the ac completely to get comfortable

We stayed when we evacuated our house during a hurricane. The staff was so considerate and graceful to all of us. The hotel was full of evacuees and our pets…not the normal situation. Recognizing they have their own homes and families to be concerned about they took exceptional care of us and never made us feel like a burden.

Long dreadful lines for check-in. If you wanted to purchase something in the gift shop (snacks etc.) pick um while you are in checkin line cause you have to pay for items at front desk. Even hours after I checked in, the line at the front desk was ridiculous that I still couldn’t buy any snacks.

The check in staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel has a "happy hour" from 6-7:30 p.m. that we just barely made. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast has made-to-order omlets and other choices.

The room had a bit of musty smell. Maybe the carpet is too old.

The staff was very nice, we did have to pay for parking and we were charged twice even though we only had 1 vehicle.

They probably need to get a new toaster because the fire alarm kept going off in the morning when people tried to use it and everyone had to evacuate the building.
