We stayed for one night before our cruise. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a leak in the first room and they immediately moved us to another. The lobby is clean and smells pleasant. Our shuttle driver was really nice and welcoming and will take you anywhere in a 2 mile radius. There’s shopping and food within that radius. The beds were comfortable, the lotion and shower gel smell good, and it feels safe. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Staff were all polite and respectful. Food in the restaurant was fresh and tasty. Location to the stadium was perfect as well as the shuttle they provided.

The hotel was clean, beds soft and lots of pillows so overall the price was good except I would not have expected the wallpaper in the bathroom to be peeling in several areas.

it was very clean and the people working at this Hilton were absolutely great and very friendly. they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. I had been a Diamond member for years and now, since I retired I am down to basics but they treated me the same way as if I was a Diamond member. That says a lot about their level of customer service. Excellent. please keep it up.

I loved everything about the property. Even the jalapeños tasted great.

Ask for basic towel and garbage change ( (not to clean room) and it went done. Upon arrival on Thursday ask to extend the stay. Was told no problem but never added in the system. Arrive to find management in the room as they thought I was checking out

This property is very beautiful and the location is perfect. The staff was very friendly and welcoming to us. From the front desk, dining area, cleaning services and shuttle service. Everything was outstanding.

my man and I loved the visit. only think I had an issue with is that the drawer for the curtains for the balcony is broken and the bathroom mirror was dirty and they don't give you very much options for you to watch anything. but other than that. we will be visiting again soon.

Everything, the friendly and helpful staff, the large clean room with comfortable bed and linen. The shuttle service to Tampa airport. I couldn't switch off my A/C, maintenance showed up within minutes and fixed the problem immediately.

The prices are a bit high compared to where I live which is Dubai (considered expensive usualy). Room service even with small restricted menu would be nice.

I had to pay $15 per day to park in your own lot. Totally ridiculous!! Microwave in room and no ice machines on the floor. Only ice machine and microwave were on the second floor. For such a large hotel I would think you could do better.

The breakfast was great. The place was very nice. Very clean and liked the décor. The staff that we dealt with were friendly.

We were told breakfast was included, then were told it wasn't. The we were told we were going to get $15 credit and then were told we didn't qualify. We didn't like the back and forth.
