Beautifully designed hotel, great location, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, excellent breakfast buffet (not included).

The motion-sensored activated bed lights are a bit of a nuisance especially when someone gets up in the middle of the night and the lights come on.

The Aesthetic! And being close to a lot of places and activities

The rooms not being as clean! Having to switch rooms after an exhausting traveling day due to bedding being nasty and dirty and shower having hair in it!

Great breakfast buffet.

The fact that the room had no pin or pad to take any notes. Also it had no glass for drinking water or sodas.

It was clean and walking distance to all the fun places.

It gets a bit too loud on a Saturday night. Loud music playing all night.

The location was great. Right near the Marta and CVS. We were attending a Falcons game and the stadium was in walking distance. The aquarium and the college football hall of fame was a nice walk too. The lotion and hair products in the shower was a nice touch.

This isnt a bad review! After reading the reviews, I think I expected maybe a little more especially at the price. It was a giant hotel though. Very pretty and very clean. The small interaction I did have while checking out was lovely at 430am. I think the price was a little high for a basic room that we were barely in besides sleep. And the amount of homeless lingering around the hotel soliciting. Charging $4 for a bottle water seemed insane and there wasn't a vending machine to buy your own. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great location for our visit to the Children's Museum. All areas were super clean, really cool lobby area with wide open access to the restaurants, the large double room with a balcony was perfect, the beds very comfortable. We ordered food from both restaurants and it was decent, price a little high but not unexpected. The staff was fantastic, from the parking attendants to hotel services.

$55 to park for the night is excessive but mostly status quo if you stay downtown. A note of caution for those staying with small children: the railing units between the 5 central elevators do not appear to be tight enough to prevent a small child from slipping through; we had both of our kids on total lockdown when we were in this area on the 19th floor.

The hotel itself is very busy but not too overwhelmed. The room, however, was very small, even with a balcony. The room felt overly cramped. I am not sure whether the cramped feeling was due to the location, which was almost in a corner. The room was clean, which is critical to me. I selected this hotel because my first time visiting was 2019, and my room was very roomy and spacious.

The room was tiny and felt cramped. It was very difficult to move around. We were there for two days, so our luggage wasn't overly large. The size of a carry-on.

Lovely clean place, and very friendly staff, they are so helpful, I had a problem with my booking because I forgot my initial card I had booked with the young lady fixed my problem without any fuss, unlike the experience I had with the hotel in Atalanta were it was this big massive problem were I had to cancel that booking and rebook through a different company costing me an extra £200 it was ridiculous so hats off to your wonderful staff,also there was always the availability of coffee and tea they have a free machine in the corridor which was fantastic because I love my coffee, the room was spotless and the bed super comfortable, it’s not to far from the town about a fifteen minute walk which was lovely, as they say in Northern Ireland grand wee place, thank you for a lovely stay I definitely will be back ❤️❤️

Everything was perfect, there is a bit of work opposite we’re they are building the new stadium but it didn’t impact on or stay what so ever
