The location was great. Right near the Marta and CVS. We were attending a Falcons game and the stadium was in walking distance. The aquarium and the college football hall of fame was a nice walk too. The lotion and hair products in the shower was a nice touch.

This isnt a bad review! After reading the reviews, I think I expected maybe a little more especially at the price. It was a giant hotel though. Very pretty and very clean. The small interaction I did have while checking out was lovely at 430am. I think the price was a little high for a basic room that we were barely in besides sleep. And the amount of homeless lingering around the hotel soliciting. Charging $4 for a bottle water seemed insane and there wasn't a vending machine to buy your own. Other than that, everything was fine.

Great location for our visit to the Children's Museum. All areas were super clean, really cool lobby area with wide open access to the restaurants, the large double room with a balcony was perfect, the beds very comfortable. We ordered food from both restaurants and it was decent, price a little high but not unexpected. The staff was fantastic, from the parking attendants to hotel services.

$55 to park for the night is excessive but mostly status quo if you stay downtown. A note of caution for those staying with small children: the railing units between the 5 central elevators do not appear to be tight enough to prevent a small child from slipping through; we had both of our kids on total lockdown when we were in this area on the 19th floor.

Lovely clean place, and very friendly staff, they are so helpful, I had a problem with my booking because I forgot my initial card I had booked with the young lady fixed my problem without any fuss, unlike the experience I had with the hotel in Atalanta were it was this big massive problem were I had to cancel that booking and rebook through a different company costing me an extra £200 it was ridiculous so hats off to your wonderful staff,also there was always the availability of coffee and tea they have a free machine in the corridor which was fantastic because I love my coffee, the room was spotless and the bed super comfortable, it’s not to far from the town about a fifteen minute walk which was lovely, as they say in Northern Ireland grand wee place, thank you for a lovely stay I definitely will be back ❤️❤️

Everything was perfect, there is a bit of work opposite we’re they are building the new stadium but it didn’t impact on or stay what so ever

Lovely comfortable beds. Check in staff were so friendly and the lobby of the hotel is impressive. The lifts are a bit slow with a lot of people using them with luggage. The area around the hotel has a lot of things that are walkable distance. We walked to see an NBA game nearby, to the Coca Cola museum, the aquarium are all in walkable distance. We dined at Polaris upstairs and it's well worth the experience! So handy being in the same building as the hotel.

There were no glasses in the room. We had an Executive Suite and were only provided with paper cups for the coffee maker. Glasses are a nice touch and I think should be the bare minimum provided. For those like us that come from countries that set up sofa beds for you, be warned that we found they don't set the bed up for you. We also weren't provided with sheets and blankets to make the bed ourselves. We set it up, only to have someone put the bed back down 2 hours later while we were out at dinner. Super frustrating when you get home late and the kids want to sleep, but we requested they leave the bed up and it was fine after that.

It was very nice and reasonably priced. Our room was a little small but we actually liked that because it made it cozy. The restaurant was delicious and the bartenders were really nice!

We didn’t have a vending machine on our floor and had trouble finding one. It was kind of difficult just to come across some water after a certain hour.

I love the size of my room I love the comfortability of my bed I love the patio that I had but the valet parking that situation with that party really had a bad taste in me and my wife's mouth

I really hate how someone had a party there on August 3rd and as a customer I had my room reserved and you know your rooms are not cheap and you had no valet parking therefore I end up having to go to another hotel and park they actually charged me $30 to park there on top of I move my car and brought it back to my hotel which was you always hotel at 2:30 3:00 in the morning and you are still charging me $55 and my vehicle was only there like 8 hours I was very unpleased and I need someone to try to assist me with how we're going to straighten this out because I am a dissatisfied customer right now

Beautiful hotel, roomy and very comfortable room and beds, great restaurants, extremely pleasant and helpful staff, fabulous location, etc

They forgot to clean our room so we needed to call for new sets of towels, which were drlivered promptly. No big deal.

The Hotel provided a pleasant experience with its excellent location, conveniently close to all the nearby sightseeing spots within a 20-minute walking distance. The staff exhibited exceptional service, and the hotel room was maintained to a high standard of cleanliness. Additionally, the breakfast offerings were of high quality. I highly recommend this hotel and would certainly revisit in the future.

I cannot find a single flaw to mention regarding the hotel.

View was amazing. Staff was very accommodating. Restaurants were good. Great drinks!

Temperature in the room was cold and took a while to warm up.

The hotel was very beautiful inside. 24/7 staff available. They have two separate restaurants- one for breakfast, the other for lunch and dinner. Great options for breakfast, though quite pricey. Lunch and dinner options were pretty basic and overpriced. Had a nice bar. Restaurant closes at 11pm. It was convenient to have something inside the hotel.

Not enough parking for people staying at the hotel. It was a mess arriving as everyone had to turn around when valet parking got full. Parking nearby was not great. Got our car window broken into which is bound to happen at any parking area, especially in ATL.
