The view was perfect for our needs and exactly what we required. Wendy on the front desk was outstanding. She sorted out the mess the night staff said had been sorted, when in fact it took 3 requests and thank goodness for Wendy as she actually made sure my second booking was carried for a second night. Great customer service from Wendy.

Night staff a little disappointing as two had said my booking had been carried over for a second night and same room, when in fact it hadn’t. Luckily I checked 3 times before resolved by Wendy. Went for an early breakfast and the chef had not turned up at 7.15am, so no hot food.

Perfect location for a flight out Midway. Hotel was could use a little sprucing up for the price of the rooms (although we were there on a holiday weekend). Room was comfortable and staff was exceedingly friendly. TGIF attached for dinner was convenient.

Hotel could use some updates for the rate we paid. Not sure if that’s the regular rate or the holiday rate.

We had a last-minute, unplanned stay after we missed our connecting flight out of Midway, and arrived very late and tired. The gentleman who checked us in (I forgot his name) could not have been nicer or more accommodating. He made us feel welcome and I could tell he was trying to move the check in process along quickly so we could get some rest. That was a highlight and a lovely experience.

I did not eat breakfast, but our friends who did were not very impressed by the food.

Beds, clean, noise factors limited, security

The remote terrible, cable in 2023?, pool closed at 9pm? What's with the light switches for the bathrooms and location of coffee pot? Got this hotel specifically for the pool til 11pm as we have volleyball athletes who excel with night time aqua aerobics. We are there often and now easier to find another hotel for the team.

It was close to the airport and to my family. I liked that there was TGI Fridays next door. The bed was comfortable.

The elevators seemed like they were under construction. There was no complimentary bottled water in the room.

The front desk was very accommodating. I called to do an early check in at 11am. And the receptionist was very nice! She mentioned the hotel could accommodate me now well before the 3pm check in. Love that!!

The shuttle was very small and picked up a lot of ppl at 330am.

Location was excellent. Room was a good size. Check in staff Wendy) was very pleasant and helpful. (other receptionists were less so)

One of the windows in our room was blown so we couldn't see through it, which was not good as we were there to watch the aircraft.

The place was wonderful. They have a 24 hr shuttle to Midway which was great. We were able to return the rental in the evening so we didn’t have to worry about it with our 5:25 am flight. Great stay

I liked the facility, location and the friendliness of the staff.

1 microwave for the entire guests staying in the hotel. As much as the rates are each room should at least have a microwave. With the amount of hotels near by parking was hard to find...

Breakfast included would be nice, also the restaurant onsite had only one staff in the kitchen on a busy Sunday morning so it was slow getting our food
