Very easy to get from and to the airport, just 15 minutes by car. The location is very nice, quiet, and clean, central to most places in Boston and short taxi or Uber rides, also next door to MIT. We were pleasantly surprised to find washers and dryers in the hotel for a small fee, $5 each, which was very convenient as we were staying for many days. The best part of this hotel was the stuff: they were absolutely fantastic, always polite and helpful. I am bad with names, but for example one person at the front desk we asked about the area, she spent a lot of time giving us great tips where to go and what to do.

The 4 people rooms only had double sized beds - they had a King sized bed room but that came with a foldout couch, not ideal if you want your kids to sleep well. The breakfast was $28 per person and it was very basic, consisting of mostly some bread and cereal choices. Single park was $50 per day, and multiple entry $62, and if you stay for many days it adds up.

The location is convenient: we attended a concert at Fenway Park and walked back to the hotel–the walk is about 40min. The room was spacious and clean, perfect for 3-4 people. The T station is right in front of the building, and there are several restaurants/cafes in the area.

For $400 a night, it's crazy that the fast internet isn't included, and you're offered to pay $15. Bottled water in your room will be $6 per bottle. There's no hairdryer (or, at least, I didn't find it) and no kettle (but I guess it's just the US thing in general). Overall, Boston is just not a cheap city, so probably these pieces are expected.

Nice accessibility on the red metro line. Clean and working facilities and a big gym. Nice views from the higher rooms. Good restaurants and cafes nearby. Friendly staff.

The room I stayed in is next to the elevator shaft. The noice is constant and loud. I normally use ear plugs when I sleep so it didn’t bother me. But if you don’t, you need to be careful not to end up in such rooms.

Great view of the city from the room. Loved the stay. Comfortable beds and the room was clean. Staff was great and accommodating and helpful with questions on how to get around the city. Also the station for the train (or the T as the call it) was literally right outside of the doors from the hotel which provides great access for commuting.

The listing started that the room would sleep 5 but it ended up being a standard double bed room. When I brought it to the attention of the staff they were quick to find a fix or alternative but ended up getting a roll away bed for an extra fee.

Friendly staff, clean room fast and simple to use room service. Great location. Nice TV and effective air-con.

Pricing is a getting to be a little on the steep side for standard rooms. Food was acceptable but not great considering prices.

The hotel was easy to locate and was next to MIT and several places of interest like Harvard Uni. The subway is just right behind the hotel which makes travelling super convenient. The family rooms are big too, at 30sqm. It is very comfortable for a family of four.

There was a work site adjacent to the hotel emitting low humming noise, throughout day and night. Receptionist not helpful, impatient and dismissive, service standard is mediocre.

Location was great and with a T-line just outside the hotel. Easy access around Boston. Staff were very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. Room was a good size.

I found the air conditioning was a little noisy at night time so had to turn this off.

We had a wonderful one-night stay! The location was perfect, the staff were friendly and very helpful, and everything was clean and well-maintained. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience – highly recommended!
