Great lobby area with a nice helpful representative present at front desk all the time. Lots of space in lobby, tv, decent breakfast area. Enough space and sitting room for everything! Good breakfast, also convenient hours of breakfast: 6am to 10am. Hot water and tea 24x7 in the lobby Pool is perfect and warm! Room is clean, bathroom has everything: shampoo, conditioner and lotion. All in big bottles attached to the wall, not a one time thing. I didn’t request a first floor room upon the booking but it was available when we arrived (disability friendly). Time of check out - 12pm! Very convenient.

It’s nothing major to be honest. But: Pool didn’t have towels Lobby didn’t have a laundry soap for sale. I couldn’t find a vending machine, however, lobby area had a few things for sale (soda, candies), so it’s not really an issue. Parking is $10 a day, which is fine, but could be free =))) Overall hotel is great but room seemed a bit outdated. Tv was definitely “old school”, couldn’t find connection to Netflix or showtime (advertised in online “Hilton honors” thing). Again, it’s not an issue at all, just a small observation. I will definitely book it again if needed!

The Staff Are incredible , Christina , at the Concierge Desk Is Phenomenal . Easy Check in , She was beyond helpful. And Rosiland in Guest Services Was Great .! She was Warm and Friendly, even and helped me So I was able To leave a tip for the Woman taking care of breakfast.. More Importantly... I Left a Pair of Ray ban Sunglasses accidentally in the room , And Didn't realize until I was in Another State .. Again Christina Came to the Rescue With the Housekeeping staff And Found them and was offering the Send them to Me .. "honestly Who does that anymore"... But I Told Her that I'll be back on May 18th for the Long Island Spring Dust-off/ Car show, And I know where We will be Staying .. P.Farrelly

Everything was great.

Daniel at the front desk was extremely helpful. He also accommodated a low level for me.

I had a second floor which I loved. But, my room had a door to get to room next door. They were having a party or something and their guests kept opening the door on their side then closing it. I can hear them all and it appeared as if they thought it were the bathroom on their side. Next visit I’ll ask not to have a room with the door to next room.

Unfortunately, we were staying overnight at Hampton Inn for a funeral and did not get to enjoy any of the facilities other than a good night's sleep and very enjoyable breakfast in the morning!

The location was very good, but GPS had us going in circles within the mall. Once we located it, it was easy to return to.

Most of The staff were friendly and professional. They tended to my needs in a timely manner.

One kitchen staff was rude and full of attitude. The beds in the sofa bed need to be replaced because when I slept on it I’m practically in the springs.

The staff were exceptionally friendly. The room was spacious, clean and well outfitted with a microwave and fridge. There was also plenty of parking, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby, and the LIRR is within a reasonable walking distance.

There weren't many options that were both gluten and dairy free for me at breakfast, but Wholefoods is next door. The room was also unnecessarily large for me as a solo travel; I'd like a smaller room if it meant saving some money.

Breakfast was really good, would like to see more turkey choices on the menu. The rooms were really nice only thing I would suggest would a larger tv for the rooms the TVs are really small.

No issues only thing I would change is to have a bigger tv in the room.

All the staff were very friendly. They greeted us with a smile and a warm hello. Also, I like that there was a nice breakfast area to sit and eat the hot breakfast. My bedroom suite was a nice size, clean and with comfortable beds. I like that there was a tub to relax in. Many hotels now only have showers.

Although I had a room upgrade, I didn't like the view of the roof. Also, there was rust on the bathroom grab bar.

This is a great hotel, it has the feel of an old family run inn and it’s really down to the staff who go above and beyond in a very authentic way. great free breakfast, good size pool, comfortable beds, it’s quiet, there is coffee and water available all day, there is a little snack shop, there is a laundry — it had everything you need and is in a great area

The breakfast was good and very nicely presented. My room wasn’t cleaned every day, and I wasn’t given fresh towels every day, which I expected.

Clean towels, bed, straightening, and trash taken out every day is what I normally expect. The service was not provided by your hotel.
