Comfortable and clean, I recommend it.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with the charge for my stay. I was charged twice, and I called the hotel. On the first call, they told me they would resolve the issue and send me an email with confirmation. No email ever arrived. On the second call, they told me to give them a few days to see the refund and that they would send me an email with confirmation. This email never arrived either. My last call was 10 minutes ago, and they told me it was resolved. I asked for confirmation via email, and they hung up on me. I really hope they give me my refund.

Great place to stay after leaving Manhattan and having an early flight from LaGuardia. Enjoyed the pool table in the lobby and had a delicious, huge, reasonably priced happy hour dinner at the bar. Manager was working the bar and was super personable and fun to talk to. Shuttle to the airport made for an easy end to our wonderful vacation.

2nd floor room. Heavy glass hallway door that slammed many times during the night. Also, it was a little odd that our windows were textured and we couldn't see out. Made sense since they went out to the elevated rear parking lot, but gave off prison vibes!

Big plus: location. Close to airport, and they have a shuttle (but you have to request it). Room: good, not great. VERY comfortable bed and well-equipped bathroom. Not many plugs for electronics.

This was overpriced, IMHO. This was one of the cheaper hotels in the area, but it still cost close to $300 for one night in a fairly plain room. Free b'fast would have helped. I had a very good big bowl of oatmeal with fresh fruit & coffee that ran about $15.

The size of the room was very nice and the decorations were simple but appealing. It felt modern, new, and very clean. The shuttle service was wonderful. They have a shuttle to the airport running every half an hour starting at 4am. There is a game room next to the restaurant that has a pool table, and other assorted games (like a giant set of jenga).

The room was very spacious but very cold, even after adjusting the thermostat to 80 we were freezing. Also, there is a long window (with stained glass) in the shower that leads to the side of the bed. So, when you turn in the bathroom light, lots of it filters through the window into the bedroom waking or at least disturbing people sleeping in the room. There is an elevator, but you still have to go down 3 to 4 steps to go from the elevators to the wing with the rooms. This can be difficult for carrying down heavy luggage or for a person with mobility issues (and not feasible if using a wheelchair).

Conveniently close to Lagardia. I walked to Hotel which took 12 minutes with luggage. You can also ring Hotel for free pickup from airport Very large rooms. Very clean. Good bar and restaurant if you can't be bothered venturing into Manhattan.

Fridge started to ruttle at 3am so had to unplug it but that's just minor however on my next stay I'll unplug the beast b4 bedtime. Lights could not be turned off from bed so had to get up to switch all off. Again minor and ill be definitely back. This was my second stay and both night were great.

The bed was very comfortable. We ate in the restaurant and the meals were great. Very large portions so maybe share and then you'll have room for desert. Staff were very helpful and service was quick.

CLose to the airport, but to far to walk. They have a shuttle, but you can't book. It's first come, first served only hold 9 people so if your flight is at a busy time or you have a large travelling party, make sure you are there early.

The convenience of the airport shuttle, the layout of the lobby/restaurant, the beautiful room, super comfortable bed, it was a quiet space, and the ease of checking in & out. Finally, but not least, the staff was professional, friendly, attentive, and efficient.

The little lotion bottle in my room was empty. I know if I told someone they would have replaced it for me. My 1- night stay didn't make that effort worth it. The convenience of the lighting could be better. First, the overhead lights only give you 2 options of all or none. And all the switches are near the sink by the front door. If there was a closer switch like the one that was by the bed, it did not work. Finally the tv remote should be upgraded. It is clunky and delayed with button responses.

I liked how clean the room was and that the hotel seemed new or recently renovated as it had a very modern look. I also was grateful for the free shuttle to the airport.

It was a bit confusing figuring out how to get in and finding the lobby. There was music playing and it took me a while to figure out that the front desk clerk wasn't the DJ because it wasn't a typical front desk space.

Very nice hotel, clean and very comfortable. Great staff!!! Fast shuttle from the airport. Fantastic happy hour bar and snacks!!!

Can't really think of anything we didn't like except for being picked up by UBER and we had to pull luggage to the road in Queens traffic to load and get into the car because they couldn't get into the security gate which is good there was a gate but would have been nice to just be picked up curbside at the hotel.
