The staff the location a the hotel were all clean and located in the perfect location! Ms. Diane I believe they said her name was very pleasant but so were the rest of the staff they were very helpful!!

The heat in the room was a little tricky but it wasn't a deal breaker! We had to put it all the way up to like 81 for it to get warm at 75 it was blowing cool air.

Very clean and all staff were super nice. Room was very clean, modern, and super comfortable. Building was very nice and outside looked great. Breakfast was amazing!

Being the hotel was two entities, hotel and long term stay, there was a lot of information to take in when checking in. Really did not like the parking situation. You had to take elevator to lobby of hotel, then walk outside to another door and walk into a room with just an elevator, then finally down that elevator to the parking garage that had water everywhere. If u were wearing sandals or long pants or dress you had to hold them up. Breakfast I could confusing as well. We paid extra for breakfast, which was amazing, but the process and the extra food items were just confusing.

Very well maintained and cleaned property. Wonderful breakfast included in the price of the room (we chose to have breakfast option). Staff was very polite, helpful, and personable.

Parking deck area was poorly lit and did not feel very secure. Parking area and elevators (both in parking area and hotel) Often smelled of CBD type smoke. Directions for breakfast accommodations needs more clarity. (And preferably have it in writing so that when you are checking in, but are very tired, you can remember it in the morning.)

Overall, the property was very clean and staff were very friendly.

The first night we stayed we got in late and there was no room service available, which was a bummer because I really wanted to try the menu. Also, the garage parking/access to the hotel was a little inconvenient (we were traveling with a toddler). While I like the more economical approach of the toiletries, the hand soap had a pretty strong floral/perfume scent - would be nice if this was a bit more neutral/organic smelling.

Mobile key did not work even after notifying the front desk. Products for sale were self scan and did not scan properly making it quite the hassle to purchase even though it was $3 for a coke. Its 1 thing to charge $3 for a coke but then you made it difficult to purchase on top of that.

Hotel was very nice and clean inside. Rooms were spacious. Good location and friendly staff.

Parking was in the adjacent garage and was $30 per night. I didn't expect to have to pay for parking, however it was written in the details but was vaguely explained when booking.

Rooms were clean and roomy. Extra pillows were provided upon request. Great location - quick Uber to Broadway.

Parking was $30/day. We didn't have breakfast on location since it wasn't included in the room rate ($16/pp).

That the breakfast bar was so expensive and the food was just warm. Couldn't believe bacon was included in meal. Also felt the price of daily parking was costly

Parking was high. Toilet paper (my husband's complaint) was rough. Breakfast was good but paying was difficult. Saw many people leave and not pay. Maybe include in rental. That's what the last place did we stayed at and breakfast was very comparable

Two Very Friendly and Welcoming Ladies when I checked in! I liked how clean everything was as well.

The basement parking deck was somewhat dark and scary when I got to the premises. I think it needs to have better lighting and a security guard at night.
