Everyone was very helpful including Kim at them concierge desk, your front desk manger was great too and Carson at Valetbell was outstanding. My slide/partner had a facial and a 50 minute massage and both staff members were great! Your spa front desk member was very accommodating in make arrangements to change her spa schedule at the last minute when our schedule changed

The lobby and downstairs restaurant was way too col for human beings to be in without bein g uncomfortable and I don’t come to a JW Marriot to be uncomfortable!!!!!!!!

They have on the 34th floor a amazing steak house Bourbon Steak. The steak house was one of the best ive been to! Geff our server was great !Also have a restaurant called stomping ground where we has a delicious breakfast. Janet was our server and she was so sweet . Their pool is the largest in the city and offers poolside service for food and drinks!

We stayed for 3 nights and had to pay $55. Per day for the hotels valet under ground parking. I feel that was a little expensive.

The art was wonderful. I do wish there was more information on the collection. The pool was great, enough spots for all, great service. Just a great stay, particularly if you're looking for a stay away from noisy/raunchy bachelorette crowds.

The "Stompin Grounds" restaurant. We went there for breakfast, $100 for 2 simple eggs+sausage+potatoes+bread orders. Eggs were not cooked well, just overly priced for not much, very disappointed. I would not recommend this place for breakfast.

Beautiful lobby, front desk staff extremely helpful and kind! King corner room on 31st floor lovely spacious room and bathroom!! Amazing view! Bourbon Steak House Restaurant staff and food amazing!!

Well we definitely got our steps in from the hotel to Broadway it’s about 4 blocks down hill.

The lobby was beautiful and well done. Bar/lounge was open and it SMELLED AMAZING!

I think the value for price was a bit high. While everything appeared to be clean and neat, there were some worn areas. Some chipped wood on furniture, mirror in bathroom was worn away around the edges.

The guy who checked us in was amazing, our room wasn’t quite ready as it was 15:30 and check in time is 16:00. We took a seat in the lobby and he came over 10 minutes later and our room was ready. We did eat twice at the bar food was amazing! Good vibe and staff were all lovely! We also ate breakfast here, the staff again were lovely. My partner had his eyebrows done in the spa, again staff were lovely. We did sit by the pool for a few hours, very nice roof top pool. Good view! The rooms were big, beds were so comfortable! Our view was lovely. Also the gym has good equipment and more than enough that you will need! Also good view of Nashville :) The hotel itself is amazing location. Valet parking was perfect. The cleaner was in our room when we came back, so we decided to have a walk around the hotel. When we came back our room smelled incredible and she even set all our things in the bathroom and separated them to her’s and his which was really sweet:)

Beautiful hotel, good food and friendly staff.

When I got to my room after checking in, it wasn't cleaned. The bed wasn't made. Molded food was on the counter and dirty towels were on the bathroom counter and floor. I had to wait an additional 20 minutes

Location is perfect! Walkable to all of downtown.

Need more staff at bar/restaurant in the lobby! Slow slow service. Nothing to do with the property though:)

What breakfast? Everything other than the power outage for an hour at 3am !!! That sit both me & my wife straight up when everything went quiet!! I called front desk to see if building was on fire! No his explanation was they was working in the restaurant 10 floors above me. I said u mean the Resturant doesn’t have its own electric service. He said no we have shut down the entire hotel! So I didn’t believe him & I believe it was a planned outage to deal with the electrical service entrance into the building. That’s the only reason to shut off the entire hotel. This was strike 3 though Strike one was the reason I booked this hotel was cause of the restaurant! It would be convenient for us not have to leave. However no one at booking.com or JW Marriott told me the restaurant was booked 3 months out! Pretty pertinent information wouldn’t u say!!! So they at the front desk didn’t care & made no effort as a guest staying there at 900 bucks a night to help me get in anywhere else. So a lone bellman named Christopher told us bout the restaurant next door & we got in there & it was magnificent. Not that the front desk gave a damn of course they was 12 & 18 yeas old or at least that was what they looked like to me & acted. Now the did comp the me the room after I called down at 3am & then he made no notes on my account so me & the front desk clerk had to call him off duty to get the discount he told me I’d receive. So when your give a damn is busted, it’s hard to fix & you can’t expect repeat visits!!
