Big rooms, free parking, pool, friendly staff(especially Sylvain). It’s definitely worth paying for an upgrade to lake view. Definitely not necessary to pay for covered parking. The location is outsideBordeaux but close to transport to centre. Area is quiet and comfy

Cleaning hit and miss. Plates really clean, terrace/balcony dirty. Towels changed frequently but one bed protector had old blood stain on. Check your room carefully when you arrive. Ours was missing a few things (coffee machine etc…) and a leak developed in the bathroom. We were moved to another with no problem

Fantastic stay! Comfortable and very clean. The cleaning was done daily with fresh towels and trash taken out. The sheets were changed on the third day. Front desk team is very professional and friendly. I was welcomed with Abigail smile. Quiet location. The supermarket is right there for everything you need from excellent wine choices to fruits to vegetables to all you need for your stay. I felt at home during my stay. Great atmosphere and very home like. I highly recommend it. 😊

If there is one thing, I would suggest to have a dish soap and kitchen towels. Other than that, all good. 👍

The bed was lovely and comfortable, I slept like a baby ( probably cause I’d been up since 3am . The pool was handy because it was august and hot . It was soo close to Bordeaux lac with the beautiful little beach and water sports activities this was why we booked it knowing all we’d do in the day was cool down , at night we got a tram into Bordeaux centre abot 25/30 mins away .

It’s out of the city in a residential area , with sand footpaths rather than tarmac or concrete. and walking back one night at exactly 12 o clock all the street lights went off . The tram stop is about 10/15 mins walk away .

Aircon as it was 36C with feeling as 42C outside. We also got upgraded to a bigger apartment. It was clean and the cleaning ladies were really nice. The sofa bed was missing bars but got fixed very quick by handy man (too bad we asked for fixing only for the last night, we stayed there 4 nights in total) Swimming pool was nice, but only open till nine, with very hot summer evenings I guess untill 9.30 was maybe better.

One of the receptionist was really cranky. The sofa bed was missing bars so the first 3 nights were not really comfortable.

Spacious rooms Balcony facing the lake is stunning Small kitchen but sufficient for a few days Pool was a great addition for the children Supermarket right outside the door Quiet (we paid for the lake facing rooms) Access to town center via tram was easy (bit of a walk to the station but doable for us)

Not a great area but it didn't bother us too much as we went into town every day Kitchen very small if you want to cook

We enjoyed the large balcony and nice view of the lake. It cost 10€ per night extra to get the lake-view but it is absolutely worth it! The hotel is very dog friendly and our dog enjoyed the balcony too. Parking is available for free outside the hotel, but you can also rent a space in a garage under the hotel which is roomy and easy to access. The bathroom and the bed was both great. The cleaning ladies were very friendly and helped out with more toilet paper, towels etc when asked. The hotel was a great base for our explorations of Bordeaux. There are two tram stations each about 700 meters from the hotel and bus stops closer than that. The area around the little lakes is perfect for dog walking.

The kitchen equipment could be better, old worn pots etc. There were no wine glasses (but we could borrow a pair from the bar downstairs).

The pool is super clean and really nice. The appartment is spacious and clean. The staff are really friendly and helpful. The supermarket is right next to the hotel. The Lake beach is a 5-10 min walk away.

The Sofa Bed is very, very uncomfortable. The hotel shoold look at updating these. The hotel website says you can pay extra for more towels so we didn't pack any towels, but the hotel would not allow us to get extra towels to use for the swimming pool. The hotel breakfast is overpriced for what it is. Hotel food in general left us underwhelmed so we only had one breakfast and one dinner there. The walk to the tram stop is quite long, and the street lights turn off around 11pm. Hotel should leave salt, pepper, oil, coffee etc that previous guests leave behind so that new guests can use them.

The staff were very welcoming. The apartment brilliant, had a perfect little kitchenette , kettle & coffee machine. And a lovely balcony - with beautiful view of the lake - to eat on …or smoke ! Lovely landscaping & despite being July & so many ‘resort’ facilities the place was peaceful & calm.

One approaches the area via a vast heavily built up suburb of Bordeaux, I feared it was going to be too urban & noisy. But I wish I’d stayed longer!

Staff on the front desk were extremely helpful and pleasant. Location for travel into Bordeaux very good. Shop on site great amenity Clean and sufficient equipment provided . Pool clean and pleasant. Small and basic but very good value for money .

Very few places to eat out within walking distance. Not enough sun beds around the pool .

Size of apartment Pool for a quick dip Reception team were very helpful and knowledgeable Mini 'Le Clerc' supermarket opposite the complex which was handy for croissants / juice in the morning Free Car Parking

As sofa bed used there was little alternative 'seating' available in the room.
