Smart location in a good and safe area, within walking distance from Central Railway Station and city centre. All kind of public transport stops in a close proximity. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. The room is basic but clean and tidy. It worked very well for me, as a solo-traveler. Rich and tasteful breakfast buffet.

In my opinion, breakfast should be included in this price. It would be a nice touch towards your guest :)

Location was excellent for us, as walking distance from main train station at Lyon Part Dieu. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Towels were thin and one of the two we had was ripped, however was replaced when asked immediately. Shower facilities had mould on ceiling and in grout, but was otherwise clean. Pillows were very flat and provided no support for sleep. Could possibly do with upgraded pillows.

This is basic and fine for a one night stay as a break on the train across Europe. It's neither very close to the station nor in the pretty part of town, but it was economical and had what we needed. Staff were helpful, it was clean, the wifi worked, the beds were comfortable. It's genuinely accessible, no steps at all.

It was a very small room and oddly shaped, with no good choices for where to put bags. The shower was up a huge step. The AC wasn't on when we arrived, meaning the room was very hot until we figured it out.

It was way better than I expected for an Ibis hotel. The personnel were very helpful, clean facilities, great breakfast and variety. Rooms were kinda small but more than enough for rest. Quiet rooms. Small bar at the hotel with many options and available all day. Great sitting area with pool table in case you want more space than the room.

Close to the train station, which was important to us. Otherwise, not the most exciting area. It was a long walk to the main areas of town we wanted to visit, but doable. If your priority is being close to the train station, then this is a great option for the price.

The room was clean, but the airconditioner didn't do much and it was a hot night.

Very close to train station (part-dieu) which was important for us. Pretty good value compared to some others, given the central location. Great to have free table football and pool table - this made a stay with children so much more enjoyable. Hate it when places try to make you pay for that stuff when you've already paid to be there! Staff were very nice and helpful. Very quiet in the rooms. I'm a light sleeper and didn't need my earplugs for once. Hairdryer and soap provided.

The shower doors have holes in them and leaked badly, so a mop up was needed after every shower :-( Slightly awkward entering room as it was small with things kind of blocking entrance.

Breakfast was great, all the staff was really welcoming and the lobby was very nice, with different games to play and areas to hang out. The bed was also really comfortable.

The room was a bit small and there were some ants in the bathroom. Too expensive for a 3 star hotel.

Great location close to the station and excellent market across the road. Nice addition of a bar area by reception to relax/meet others. Wifi was strong and TV worked perfectly. Loads of hot and cold options for breakfast

The shower doors having holes instead of handles requires getting used to angling the shower head in a certain direction in order to not flood the floor when using. Homeless people outside isn't a great look but I never felt threatened and they kept to themselves.

A well-managed Ibis Hotel where I have stayed before. Convenient location close to main railway station, and not too far away from the old town. Clean room, good bed, good shower, friendly, helpful staff. All I wanted for a 2-night stay.

the hotel is well located, with buses and metro stations around, there is a great foot court cross the street and westfield shopping centre is just around the corner. everywhere is within walking distance. All the staffs are very polite and helpful, always greeting when you are in or out. there is a bar on ground floor and a pool table, great to hang out if you don’t want to go out.

to be honest, there is nothing to say here, if I had to pick one, it might be the size of the room, my friend and I got a twin room but its very tiny, we tried to separate two single beds, but literally only had 8inches gap in between.
