The pros for this hotel is location , i felt that was perfect,so easy to walk everywhere , down a very cute street , i loved the staff there everyone was so nice and so helpful ,they couldnt be better ! the room was very clean which i loved , The bed was amazing ,so comfortable ,the sheets , the pillows everything was right with that bed . The shower was also amazing got hot right away and the pressure was strong , after walking all day its the best !

The Cons ,the room is very small but thats to be expected , what bothered me the most and i am so surprised about is that there is not one hook for your towel , the design of the room is when you walk in the toilet has a door and the next door is a shower so not really a bathroom which was fine, but after you take a shower there is NOT ONE hook to hang your towel , i could only think to hang it on the door handel,and my husband had to just through it on the floor , I have never experienced that in a room before , also just be advised that they do not provide conditioner or body cream so bring your own.Breakfast was not very good , eggs super runny could not eat them , yogurt not good either

Beautiful boutique luxury hotel in the Le Marais neighborhood. The room was small but beautifully decorated. The bath towels were thick and soft. The room resonated a luxurious feeling. It was the most expensive hotel in our two week tour of France and Switzerland but it was definitely the highlight of hotel rooms. I would definitely stay here again depending on the price.

The quantity of food at the breakfast buffet should have been more ample. There were only a handful of people at a time but the attendant had to restock the cheese board frequently and it was annoying waiting for her to do so. Also, have extra cups and plates available.

The location is unmatched. It is central without being right next door to anything too noisy or distracting. One block in any direction you can find excellent dining. Great shopping just a block or two away. Close to BHV, Eataly, excellent restaurants and cafes, late night spots, morning croissants etc. Lovely 20 minute walk to the Louvre, 8 minutes to the Picasso Museum, Place de Vosges or the Pompideu Center. OH! A great little ice cream shop is right across the street also! The hotel itself is a little gem, visually and experientially. The rooms are custom curated and you feel like you are in a designer's apartment. Custom lighting, mirrored surfaces, electronic drapes... all add that touch of class. They have a little bar open in the evenings if you want to sit with a cocktail or glass or wine, or bring one to your room. I have stayed there twice now (once with my husband, and once alone) and HIGHLY recommend it!

The hotel is in a great location. The staff are friendly. The lobby and bar are quite elegant with lots of seating artfully arranged. Our room had nice hanging space and shelves for storage, and good storage space under the bath vanity. The blackout curtains worked very well to cover the big windows. It was also nice to be able to open the windows to allow for some cooler air. Per other reviews, there are no hooks to hang towels. I brought my own over-the-door hooks from Amazon. The lighting in the bathroom is terrible for applying make up. We were disappointed that upon returning to our room on 2 of the 4 nights we were there, there were no new towels nor had the coffee and tea been replaced. It seemed strange that at a hotel that costs $350+ per night, they would make the bed and remove the wet towels and dirty coffee cups, but not resupply the items. Of course, they resupplied when asked.

This I think has been one of the best places I have stayed in my life time. I was at an Airbnb and it was terrible and unsafe so moved here. Was the most perfect place I was made to feel so welcome and they gave me an early check in and comforted me. The rooms are stunning so beautiful and felt like the perfect stay for Paris and what I needed. Clean and comforting. Very friendly staff. You can walk everywhere to all shops, amazing food and restaurants all the left, vintage shop and parks. The best stay I have ever had in Paris. Thank you so so much for making me feel so so welcome. Made my trip amazing in all honesty.

The hotel looks amazing and has a great location. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We asked them if they could help make a reservation at a restaurant, as we don't speak French, and they tried for us.

There isn't really a separate bathroom. When you exit the shower, you basically step out into the same hallway where you enter the room. Not a major issue, but not ideal. I also thought the breakfast had relatively limited options, even though the quality of the food was good.

I am still dreaming about the breakfast! It was one of the best options about our stay at this hotel. It was delicious, plentiful, varied, and a great value and the best way to start every morning. It offered everything we wanted and more and it started us off well for each day's adventure. The location was exceptional. It was close to so many metro stops, so easy to walk to the Marais, the nightlife was fun and we will absolutely stay there again on our next trip.

I wish I new about needing not just an adapter for my iPhone charger, but a converter. Maybe put a reminder on the hotel webpage? We really appreciated being able to borrow one from the front desk. It would have been challenging to charge our devices without it.

Very comfortable hotel in a nice location...walk distance to centre Pompidou..Picasso museum...Notre Dame Cathedral..Louvre and many others...Hotel needs room key to enter and also up and down to the lobby...very safe...however..make sure you always have a room key with you or you might get yourself locked in the elevator after entering. Staff speak good English..no communication prob and are all very friendly. Check in time is at 3pm...a bit late..but can always put your luggage in the lobby and walk around a bit.. I enjoyed my stay and surely would come back again!

This is my second visit at this boutique hotel. Like the first visit, it was very clean, comfortable and welcoming. It’s located in a lively area with easy access to the metro. Lots of restaurants and shopping right outside and in surrounding neighborhoods. Nova at the desk was warm and welcoming. She made it easy to check in and out. She and many other staff members gave great tips and recommendations. There’s someone at the desk 24/7. Jocelyn immediately offered us coffee on arrival and in the mornings. She was kind enough to heat up food I brought to the hotel and always had a smile on her face. The housekeepers made sure we had toiletries and serviced our room well. I will always make sure to stay here for all my Paris holidays. For the first visit, my family of 9 stayed in 4 rooms with no issues. They are very much family friendly.

The hotel is very well located, in the center of the Marais and close to the metro, which makes getting around Paris easy. The breakfast is excellent and very well served. All staff are kind, attentive, and always available to answer any questions. The room is quiet and comfortable and has everything for a pleasant stay. I stayed in the "Regine" room and loved it. The room features a coffee maker, an electric teapot, and a minibar. It has free internet access, which is excellent.

My suggestion would be to place a hook on the bedroom wall, close to the bathroom, so we can hang the robe. I loved everything and will come back for sure.
