The hotel itself is beautiful and the location is amazing BUT what I loved most were the staff members!! From all the hotels I’ve stayed at, this was the one location where everybody from reception to housekeeping were absolutely amazing. I travelled with my cat and they were amazing towards her as well. The room was absolutely gorgeous and very very clean. Comfortable bed and can get a good night sleep. Yes the noise is specific to the area because we are in one of the lively neighbourhoods of Rome, I feel like this is to be expected and even enjoyed. The value is great for the city where other similar properties have much higher prices. The area itself is beautiful and there are many amenities around. I have extended my stay and will be staying here for all my Rome holidays from now on. Thank you!

Location is superb, and so is the breakfast. The room is designed it a way that you have everything you need without being packed with items, spacious bathroom and a mini hall that adds feeling of spaciousness, nice taste and cozy decoration. We were checked in by Mattea, she was extremely helpful giving us local tips as where to eat and how to get around, very friendly and professional. Gabrielle at breakfast was super nice and kept the buffet with delicious pastries, coffee etc...We really felt at home. PLUS! rooftop terrace where you can enjoy a beautiful view, chill out and have some drinks or bring your own!

Carpet on the corridors needs a little maintenance.

The rooms could use a little refurnishing. Change carpets and clean walls. Other than that is great.

The location was fantastic, in the middle of everything, round the corner from Spanish Steps and near Trevi Fountain. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurants opposite hotel were good, but walk a bit further and there was loads of other eateries around. Had a lovely roof terrace where we had breakfast and also could enjoy a sunset drink at the end of the day

Room was a bit compact, but in these old buildings that's what one has to expect I suppose. The Street outside was noisy, so had to keep the windows shut and the aircon on, which was also noisy. There was a strange smell in the room from time to time. The lift was like a coffin, could only get one suitcase plus one person in it. But at least there was a lift!

Too much air conditioner noise coming from inner courtyard, narrow room with a big bathroom:), elevator is too small but at least there is one:) breakfast could be a bit better. But overall if you don’t care about the room or premises one of the best hotels to stay in the hearth of the city with competitive rates

Hotel Concordia is near to everithing. I liked the style of the place (cosy and friendly). The view from the roof terrace is superb. And the staff members were all kind and always eager to help (specially, the receptionist on the morning of my arrival, whose name I unfortunately forgot to ask). The breakfast was delicious as well. Thank you very much for the experience.

literally the hotel locates at the heart of the city! we reached many parts of the historical locations by walking within a few minutes. And the breakfast was really good and everything was considered.

For our 5.5 years old boy, the hotel provided really uncomfortable bed. They need to upgrade child bed system.

Location was perfect all the attractions were short walking distance. Breakfast was superb all food super delicious and fresh the room was on the small side but it was ok

Lovely breakfast, great location, room was spacious for central Rome. Facilities a little basic and tired in part. Staff were lovely although asking for local restaurant recommendations I was met with a shrug and there are loads, some local knowledge would have been great. I'd stay again. Nice hotel

Hotel was great - central and lovely staff. I had paid for cheapest compact room so can’t fault that it was small (expected this with location) Nice small roof terrace was the saviour to stop it feeling claustrophic

Only minor niggle was breakfast was only just being set up at 7:30 when we needed to eat in a hurry, keep that in mind if you have a deadline
