The lobby of the hotel is lovely. The location is very close to the termini. The staff were helpful and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. It was quiet.

Room slightly worn but expected for the price. Small selection at breakfast but was enough. Hotel slightly further away from main attractions but this was fine. Beds slightly uncomfortable but not terrible.

I recently stayed at Hotel Villafranca and had a fantastic experience. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and located in a very convenient area. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service at the front desk. Mr Naser ], who was working when I checked in, was incredibly professional, friendly, and helpful. They made the check-in process quick and smooth, gave great local recommendations, and even went the extra mile to make sure my room met my preferences. Their warm welcome really set the tone for a great stay. Highly recommended—I’ll definitely return! 🚫

We booked a room for 3 persons. Everything was perfect for us. The breakfast had a lot of choices, the room was clean and the staff always kind and helpful. There was a kettle in the room to make coffee or tea. The best thing with this hotel is the location. Very close to bus and metro station and around 10 minutes walking from Termini. We went everywhere by bus and metro. Something that amazed us, was that because we left very early in the morning and we didn't have time for breakfast, they gave us packed biscuits, juice, water etc. It was a very nice gesture and highly appreciated!

Very professional staff, room equipment, possibility to store luggage after check-out from the hotel, continental breakfast (but a little bit boring).

At night, an annoying sound probably coming from the air condition, good audibility of louder conversation from neighboring rooms.

1 occasion our room was closed to after being made up and not locked. our son pushed it open on return with no key. thankfully nothing missing. Also, the bathroom was very small, with both the bidet and the toilet opposite each other next to the bath, which meant a small gap to step out onto when getting out the shower

The staff was extremely kind, professional, helpful. The staff and the location made this hotel special! We could leave our bags before the check-in time and for a few hours after our check-out time without any problems.

Unfortunately there wasn’t any vegan option for breakfast (ex. Plant-based milk or yogurt or croissant). The staff kindly said that they can provide vegan option when advising during the booking.

The location is just 5 min from Roma termini -Good AC

Room is small and little bit old

Hotel is close to the Termini station, it’s walkable. Breakfast was good. The reception was helpful. We needed to checkout early and they gave us breakfast in a bag.

Bathroom was clean but the furnitures were so dusty. Elevator is old, it moves up and down a little when someone steps in, didn’t feel safe.

The staff were very welcoming and friendly. The location of the hotel was perfect, 5 minute walk to termini. Basic hotel, but clean. We got a taxi from the airport to the hotel, as first time. However, there is a shuttle bus from Campino airport to Termini station, €6 - would highly recommend.

Breakfast was basic, but enough choice for all.
