The AC setting is off, and it is not easy to control the room temperature with the AC control panel.

The customer service was lovely and all so helpful. Although English was a bit of a struggle they tried their best to assist as much as possible. They even helped us with luggage delivery to our next destination and made it so simple. It was a 5min walk from Fukushima Train Station 5 min walk from restaurants great location. Clean Room and Facilities and provided great amenities. We loved how the cleaners hung a plastic bag with clean towels on your door everyday as they rooms are serviced every 3 days.

Hello The hotel has impeccable service. The rooms were clean, the food was spectacular. The location is the best, very close to the trains. The hosts were very kind and respectful. I did not speak Japanese or English, but communication with the translators was sufficient. They helped us a lot at the reception. Without a doubt, when I return, I will stay at that hotel. For an APA room you get quite a lot of space. It has a bath and telivision and a good fridge. APA never dissapoint me with the price - quality. I will always come back to APA hotels.

Location is close to the railways. That was a downside after all. The huge problem is hearing them every now and then, which can be considered as annoying. Luckily we were gone all the time, so only when we were about to sleep it could be annoying. But being out of energy helped us to ignore the sound and just fall asleep.

The room was comfortable, a bit smaller than seemed advertised. Perfect for two people if you don't have many belongings. The provided breakfast was great and varied day to day, and the staff were wonderful. They cleaned our room often and left fresh towels and teas.

The pillows were flat. More flat than you can imagine.

I like the location, because of its walking distance to two train stations, that benefits us in our itinerary. The lady reception ( trainee ) who organize our check in process was very good. She is well trained. She was able to answer my questions. Highly recommended to be a full time staff. We loved the breakfast, at TKP cafe.

I don't like the bathroom, because its too small, however, good enough for one night stay. I don't like the bed, because it is to soft, however, good enough for one night stay. There are some areas in the rooms that are dusty, specifically in the mirror. The train noise, even though is weak volume.

This hotel is a bit smaller and therefore less busy than others in Japan we stayed in.

Google maps messed up our directions - it thought the hotel entrance was on the off ramp from the toll highway! So was very difficult to find as we were driving and we paid a toll that we didn't need to. This is a Google issue though, not really the hotel's fault.

Loved the onboarding process and the staff were so friendly. You can store your luggage before check-in and after you check-out as well! The cleaning staff were so friendly. Room was a bit small but efficiently spaced, which if people know are a norm in Japan and most Asian countries especially for the price you pay. Definitely will recommend to everyone and will definitely stay again next time I go back to Japan.

Room was always kept to a high standard, an ideal location close to local businesses and train stations within walking distance, the staff were lovely and the check in and check out process was very straightforward.

the only issue i had was the TV didn't really have much to offer with their "VOD" service, even though it offered the service to be able to cast your smartphone to the TV for things such as youtube the connection wasn't great and would usually be out of sync or not work at all.
