Great location, walking distance to Osaka/Umeda stations but far enough to be peaceful and serene. Hotel room was amazing! Very spacious, excellent view and the bed was super comfortable. Bathrooms and storage space are important to me and both met my expectations! Would definitely stay here again!

Nothing really

I chose this hotel for my birthday and the staffs gave me a warm greetings as a set foot at the hotel they made my day very special. They gave me a birthday fruit platter plus a birthday card greetings in a very cute octopus towel design. I could not express how grateful I am for the whole team. I would highly recommend this hotel. Also during ny breakfast the next day, they also gave me another warm birthday greetings and all staff are very graceful and cheerful. A must stay hotel in Osaka.

Happy hour 4.30-6.00 pm was good for a free drink and nibble if you are there at that time. Breakfast was pretty nice too! The whole experience was excellent.

It was a bit hard to find even with google maps. It’s on the 11th floor and I forgot that other reviews mentioned this until we finally found the building. Hint: Look up and the name is high on the building!

The rooms were very clean and spacious. The location was great too.

The restaurant had very minimal options of food specifically halal food. It was somewhat difficult to communicate with the waiters in English.

Great location. Property is new, room is well appointed. Lawson and various cafes and restaurants conveniently located in the building.

The staff were warm and helpful. The room wa very clean everyday.

No official taxi drop off. Taxi has to stopped at the road side to let the passengers off to the hotel. Hotel should give free WiFi access. Fortunately I am a Hiton member.
