I love the location of the hotel. It’s so close to Shin Osaka station which, is like the center of the transportation. Though, it’s so close to the track the noise wasn’t an issue after all. However, the size of the room was small but, if your purpose was just to crash in at night then this is a good choice. PS. The air conditioner in the room was so hard to have it turn on. We don’t feel the cool coming out from the wind blow at all…

Great location - just 5 min walk from Central Exit of Shin-Osaka station and less than 1 minute walk from the exit of the Subway. The restaurant (Yayoi) at the ground floor serves very affordable and delicious meals for lunch and dinner - it is also the same restaurant where you may claim free breakfast. I also appreciate that if you cannot onsite, you have the option to get a packed meal to go for breakfast - perfect if you are catching a train or a tour and don't have enough time to sit down for breakfast. 10/10 stay - the beds are comfortable, it is a good size room for a Japanese business hotel and they provide a pitcher so you may refill on water from the dispenser at the hallway. Will stay here if I am in Osaka again

The location is very near to Shin-Osaka Station. The staff was friendly and helpful to accommodate our needs. The size of the room I booked was perfect for 2 people. The room was clean and although it was near the train station, there was no disturbing noise when sleeping. The hotel also provide free water for drink and we can take ammenities (tooth brush and tooth paste, hair comb, etc.) as per our needs daily. The breakfast was also great, it was really fulfilling and the place was clean.l. I would love to come back and stay here again if I visit to Osaka again in the future.

Very convenient location to get to Umeda, Kitakygaya, Nara and Shin-Osaka in between travelling to/from Kyoto, Kyushu and Tokyo. Second time in an Unizo hotel and was reliably comfortable, modern, clean and good value. Friendly staff, had a bit of communication trouble when checking in but then a more experienced front desk person stepped in who could speak English well. Steps away from Osaka Metro line station, and you can walk direct to Shin-Osaka via this subway station or via stairs to the overbridge, or a much longer walk via underbridges. Close to restaurants, there is a casual restaurant on the ground floor connected and the menu looked good at reasonable prices but I didn’t get back early enough to try.

If you have places to be this is perfect as a hub, if you want to experience more of the city vibe then stay in Hommachi like I did last year. My room view was blocked by an architectural feature of the building but it only peeked out over freeway traffic so didn’t miss much, but it made the room a little dark. Don’t know if it was the shower curtain or what but the bathroom did smell a bit musty.

It was close to the shin Osaka station and reasonably. The staff speak English and the room size was just right for 1 person, it fits business travellers as the space is utilitarian and the area feels more like commercial than touristy but the room was fairly comfortable and there is a restaurant beside the hotel entrance. There is a water dispenser in the hallway too. Amenities are easily found as there are other restaurants and a family mart just a 1 minute walk away.

It was harder to find than I expected and you need to take note of which exit to use from the shin Osaka station if you are coming from the Shinkansen - use the south exit and take the escalator on the right down to the underpass or use the Midosuji line exit that is about a 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Some of the items like the duvet cover and carpet were stained but overall the room and items were clean.

Location is extremely near the train station. Room is compact but has everything you would need. Staff is pleasant and helpful, especially with sending/receiving luggage and storing them.

Nearest exit with escalator and lift is Shin-Osaka exit 7, but it is hard to reach from the Shinkansen line, it is connected to the Osaka metro line instead. Nearest exit without tapping into metro is exit 6, but you would have to use the overhead bridge, so it is not as convenient for those with many luggage.

The room is clean. It’s near subway and jr, so it’s so convenient. There’s convenience store nearby, so you can buy some snacks anytime.

Very Comfort and clean, and checking in and out is very simple and gentle. I like also the minimum available amenity that is environment friendly. Also, the location is perfect to access either the local metro and the Shinkansen.

As I was on business trip, I feel a little unsecured with a free Wi-Fi without logging-in system. I believe it was just accessible by anyone who is close to the facility.

Its so close to shin osaka. From airport via Haruka, alight Shin Osaka, take central exit (dont follow google map), then keep right. You can see Unizo at exit,jusy keep walking to your right. Going to touristy area is very easy, take the metro which is just next door. Clean laundry is a big plus. Water dispenser is provided. You can refill every now and then. The receptionist are very nice. I left my luggage for days as I was off to some other prefecture, and they kept it for me til I checked in on my 2nd leg. Combini is nearby, there is a resto at the ground floor too. Good price point

The location, friendly staffs and cleanliness. The hotel also have arrived to be eco friendly in its toiletry and allowing the guests to pick up only what they needed from the reception at level 2. There is also a very nice restaurant below the hotel that served homey food ♥️♥️♥️
