It’s a bit far from Dantanbori, switching elevators, and the toilet privacy.

The hotel is superb ! Great rooms, amazing swimming pool and very good gym. Excellent breakfast and different options for food. Location is extremely convenient !

The hotel is located in a very nice building in a strategically good neighborhood close to almost everything, but still in quiet area. The staff in every task were professional and always helpful. Most staff (specifically in check-in/check-out) know English well, and were trying to provide you with a great service. Rooms were spacious and well-furnished, with modern and high-quality amenities. The breakfast and its experience every morning was really good; it can be perfect if some more diverse bread/cheese/juices can be provided. Anyways, the breakfast hall is not that big.

The staff was so pleasant and took care of everything the moment I got out of the taxi. If you’re looking for a luxurious experience where you can forget about your life’s problems and not lift a finger for a while I would 100% recommend this location. Our room was beautiful and had an amazing view of Osaka. The breakfast buffet was also excellent and something I looked forward to every morning. I didn’t end up using the gym/spa but I took a look around and the staff was enthusiastic about showing me all of the amenities. I will definitely be back.

The hotel is exceptionally clean, modern, and perfectly located with easy access to shopping, dining, and public transportation. The rooms are spacious with beautiful views, and the amenities are top-notch. The highlight of our stay was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff—they went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our visit.

Nothing major. Everything met or exceeded our expectations.

From the moment I walked in through the lobby, I felt relaxed, the fragrance was relaxing and comforting as with the staff that greeted me upon check in. My room was very spacious, extremely well kept and the view was spectacular. In my four nights there, I did not hear a single thing from my room from other guests and the blackout screen curtains did wonders for my sleep, especially after walking non stop from my travels around Japan. So much so, I missed breakfast every day but it was worth it for blissful sleep. I had a massage in the room which was great especially so I could have a hot shower straight afterwards and get into bed. Also, bonus, they provide Byredo products for use in the room, one of my all time favourite brands which I use myself. I also made use of their spa and had a wonderful facial experience, left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I also recommend Pierre restaurant and a must try is their olive fed beef which was cooked to perfection and melted in the mouth like butter. Thanks to all staff at Intercontinental for making the last leg of my trip in Japan such a wonderful experience.

I did go to the 3-60 lounge around 1.30pm for their afternoon tea but was told they only had the scone or cake set. I settled for scone set and a fruit platter which was still enjoyable looking out at the city.

The location is excellent for arrivals by train - it is an easy walk from JR Osaka with good signage and pre-arrival directions provided. The welcome from reception and hospitality staff on level 1 and 20 was very warm and accomodating, as were all the staff we encountered during our stay. We also made frequent use of the spa, pool and bathhouse - the staff on level 4 are wonderful to deal with - caring, professional and courteous. We were very pleased to be able to extend our stay a little to enjoy the experience.

Nothing we can think of, other than the discourteous and rude behaviour of some other guests in the bathhouse (not observing clothing and cleanliness etiquette) and at the breakfast buffet (wastage of food).

The Room was beautiful and comfortable, tea and amenities all provided, the location is very close to the train station and convenient since there are a ton of shopping and resturants around. Breakfast was the best, I think only a few hotels have been as good as this one in the food quality and service. I used the Spa and pool and the Japanese bath, all very clean and immaculate. The spa treatment was also one of the best I have ever experienced, all 5 senses were addressed and I totally enjoyed my relaxing massage. The Staff are so friendly, courteous and helpful that made me feel at home. Definitely recommend this hotel if you want to stay close to the train station.

There is nothing I would say I didn't like about this property.

A high quality hotel, super helpful staff, one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever had experienced. The location is perfect if you want to explore different parts of the Osaka area. The views are amazing from the restaurants and the rooms as well.

There was a little confusion about the additional bed for our kids, it’s worth to discuss it beforehand if you go with more than one child.
