I love it when a hotel you book online over the internet is better than the pictures.... JR Kyushu Hotel Blossom Shinjuku was so close to the train and far enough away that you didn't hear the trains..in fact our room was whisper quiet. The room was spacious (by Japan standards) and excellent value for money. Close to great shopping centres, food outlets and the train station. The staff were very helpful. The interior fit-out was lovely. We made use of the laundry facilities and hot-water dispenser in the hallway. This is a great hotel, I have recommended it and will be back!

Location: Prime spot in the heart of Shinjuku and one minute walk to Shinjuku station exit 4, and less than five minutes to other exits. Room: Extremely clean, modern, spacious, fantastic housekeeping. Facilities: Washing machine, dryer, hot/cold water dispenser. Service: Top notch hospitality from staff who are very friendly and courteous - special mention to Justyna who was extremely helpful with my queries days leading up to my check-in, as well as throughout my 7-night stay, and she always ensures that my requests are fulfilled promptly. Thank you Justyna and team!

Fantastic location and very quiet.Just minutes to the train station. Very clean and comfortable beds. Great breakfast as it has both japanese and western options. The room was big enough for 3 adults. Would definitely stay here again.

The only thing that was a little off putting was that there were no vegetarian options in the restaurant at night. My wife is a vegetarian. Adding some options would be nice.

I love that the hotel is near Shinjuku train station and provides easy access to fast food joints, supermarkets, restaurants, Takashimaya, Isetan and the National Park. Rooms are modern, pretty big and clean, and there are 3 washing machines and drink vending machines located on the 6th, 10th and 14th floor. Reception staff are super friendly, helpful and proficient in English, especially the gentleman Shibahara san who helped us bring our numerous luggage bags to the next-door hotel for the limo bus to the airport. Breakfast spread is surprisingly good and offers a wide range of food, and the restaurant is pleasant and comfy.

The range of amenity kits is small though they offer the basic items like brush/comb, toothbrushes, etc.

Very good location. Hotel staff is very helpful. Very easy to communicate in English. We really liked the proximity to the train station and the bus station. Easy to walk to a lot of restaurants and shops. The hotel beds were sufficiently comfortable (booked a Hollywood room)

The coin laundry facility worked well; it was frequently busy during our stay so plan ahead if you want to use it.

The location near the train line was amazing. The staff spoke great English. It was also walking distance to many areas if you are into wandering. Very safe area near multiple 24 hour stores for snacks. The breakfast was also convenient and delicious. The air conditioning worked amazing well considering how hot it was outside. The laundry facilities were a bonus.

I stayed twice both occasions in a twin room on 15th and 16th floor. Great location close to Shinjuku Station, clean room, comfortable bed and great view from 15th and 16th floor twin room. friendly efficient staff. breakfast buffet was tasty and good value.

I love the location. just next to the station, shopping centre.

The property is not that clean compared to my last visit. the staff used to greet you every time they see you. not anymore. the breakfast always the same.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Check in time was earlier than other hotels, 2 pm and check out later than other hotels 11 AM. Staff was friendly. The lines weren't long checking in because there were 3 people at the desk. The breakfast was excellent. There was a variety of western and eastern food. There was no wait time. The location was very close to Shinjuku station and other stores/restaurants. The bathroom was spacious. They provided free toiletries and robe. Bed was comfortable. Room had AC.

The room could have been a little bigger. With 2 medium size luggages, room was tight. There was an extra charge to use the gym.

Location location location. Was the nearest we ever stayed to Shinjuku Station. Nice quiet location with food and convenience stores next door. Rooms were clean and made up daily.
