Well, there is a bit unclear situation with breakfast.

bus stop right outside. easy to go around the city. lobby is spacious and lovely decorated with welcoming drink. wifi fast

staff at the reception kept us waiting for quite a while when he’s busy on the phone then the computer, just for a simple luggage drop. cost us almost late for our reservation at Mauritshuis. we were okay at the time but got surprised (pleasantly) by the reception at our next stop in AMS that ppl in Europe are able to work at a fast pace. anyway no actual harm done. just letting it out.

Super friendly staff. We arrived really early hoping to leave our bags but they actually gave us our room. It was 5 hours ahead of check in, so we were very grateful. The room was beautifully clean and the bed very comfortable. This hotel is less than a km from central station and an easy walk to everything. We’d definitely stay again. Thanks guys x

Very practical location - walking distance from Central Station and to the Indonesian neighbourhood. Bed super confortable. Every essential thing provided. People at reception very nice and helpful. Very good value for money.

When I arrived I was put in a room with street view, which was quite noisy. I asked to be changed, and was moved to another one that was just perfect. Missed not having kettle in the room a bit. But far from essential.

The sign for the hotel outside was different from the branding on booking.com and didn’t reflect the high quality of decor and accommodation inside

A cute little hotel, currently undergoing some refurbishments but they did not interfere with the guests. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. The day I arrived was hot and sunny, and the member of staff suggested that I go to Scheveningen beach. Tram No.1 stops right outside the hotel and it was about a 20minute scenic ride. A great suggestion and I enjoyed the beach. Breakfast is available for a decent price. It comes in a picnic basket to your room pictures attached. This was delicious and well worth the price. Definitely recommend this hotel, rooms are exactly as in the pictures on the website

My room was on the second floor with additional stairs to get to it. I had to carry up my heavy suitcase up the steep staircase. Something to note

Could not open window for ventilation

I had a great stay at the hotel. I stayed at this hotel twice, and both times, the personnel was very kind and professionally friendly. (If that category exists). I even got information about what to do and where to eat in The Hague. The room was clean, big enough. You have to pay if you would like breakfast, and it will be delivered the next day in the morning. I ordered pastries and orange juice, and they were good. All in all, it was a nice stay, and if I will need to be in the Hague again, I will surely book a room here.
